What’s the point of me reserving a vehicle two weeks in advance if I’m going to get a call at 8 on the dot day of pickup to tell me they don’t have the vehicle. Now I have to haul ass to find a place with it same day so I can drive halfway across the country and not be late for work. Absolutely ridiculous.

Set up a rental for a full size weeks before travel, they had no cars available for me when I showed up for my pickup, only vans. They were no help in finding a replacement for me. The person at the counter was useless

The absolute worst rental car location of enterprise or any other brand - they take reservations without vehicles available - do not inform you until the day of only hours before your reservation and when you complain the so called “customer service “ rep that just informed you that thaw branch has no vehicles states “ you can call around to other enterprise locations and see what they have “ they have no cars to rent so what is that employee doing ? I can call around . Never again . BEWARE

they used to be great i rented fromthem for 10yrs. every month was on a first name basis with everyone! they came to see me in the hospital! then a few years ago during covid all-new people came in & they are rude dishonest & disrespectful liars stuck up glorified used car Creep s!salesman literally steer clear! save your money&ggrivation

The ONLY reason this disaster is still open is because it’s the only car rental service in town. Otherwise it would have went out of business years ago.
The “manager” C.J. is not only the WORST customer service employee I’ve ever dealt with, but also the worst human. He grabbed my water bottle and threw it at me and was about to punch me if not for his co-worker intervening. All because I had the gall to ask about a unexpected $350 charge for a security deposit that was NOT on the receipt when I paid on the website.
C.J. is an unhinged nutjob and if anyone at Enterprise cares, should encourage him to check into an anger management program.
