I have been ordering from this company from some time now and i have noticed that many of their parts have been coming in defective. After calling in various times to have someone just simply fix three of the problems I had. I have spoken to the owner who said that he would fix my problem that very same day if not the next day. I was fine with that come 2 weeks later NO ONE has fixed my problems. My First Problem was that we ordered an A/c Compressor and the customer was complaining that the A/c wasn't blowing cold, come to find out that the compressor that they sold us was bad. We made a labor claim on June 6, 2020 , after speaking with the owner who said he would get me the credit and we actually had one of their employees come in and send him the labor claims her self I called a few days after that and i got told by one of their Employees (Via phone) that they actually sent our Credits to another mechanic shop that is named just like ours (GONZALEZ AUTO REPAIR) but they were located in Kissimmee. They are very unorganized because they should have different Account Numbers for every business they sell too. My second problem is We had a Evaporator ordered with these people and we uninstalled the dash of the car, put the part in, and then installed everything back. Once we started charging the car back up with Freon we noticed that it wasn't blowing much cold air so the mechanic put a dye in it and the leak was coming from the evaporator!! We made A labor claim as well and both of the labor claims i made were sent to this other mechanic shop. My Third problem was that we had ordered a radiator that did not fit the car we had here, We called right after the driver left our building we asked for them not to process our check because we ordered the wrong part we just wanted for someone to pick up the radiator and to give us our check back but they went ahead and processed the check anyways the Radiator sat at our shop for THREE WEEKS waiting on someone to pick it up That is Ridiculous!!!!!
