I want to commend Advocate Property management on a great asset and representation of their company - LYNN PAULS! She is absolutely amazing! She is a top notch professional, that knows this business. She is extremely knowledgeable, well prepared, organized, professional, smart, resourceful, patient and can I say "SMART" again! Advocate is fortunate to have such a talented team member, and I was equally as fortunate to work with her as I transitioned into my new role as President of the Board of Directors for my HOA. I was fortunate to work with Lynn in the absence of our assigned community manager. I recognized this was a big ask, but her assistance with getting our new board transitioned was a wonderful experience! I required a lot of hands-on assistance to get myself and my team up and running and Lynn was there to get me through it. She remained pleasant, patient and responsive, she got back to me quickly with time sensitive information- proving yet another skill she masters and that is time management! Her communication skills also deserve recognition! She supports education and that means a lot to this board of directors! I am thankful for the wealth of knowledge she has provided in just a few short of her stepping in and managing our account. look forward working with the advocate team because of Lynn! I could go on and on about Ms. Pauls, but her work says it all! I think it's clear- She Rocks! I wish there were more than 5 stars to give! Thank you, Lynn!

Our HOA recently changed property management to Advocate. I think we were all a little hesitant when we heard about the change, but so far it’s been a breath of fresh air. Thanks to Teri as board president for getting this all set in motion in the first place. I had reached out to previous management for almost 3 years about an issue and nothing was done. But after just a few weeks, we have had responsive people like Myesha to work with and someone is coming to check out the issue next week!

These people are about as scummy as it gets. They do not care about your tenants, residents, safety, or property. If it was the other way around, and their property was being damaged by a service that they hired it would be a different story. Especially when the video footage is point obvious. Don’t outsource them for your property needs, they will play cry wolf, and blame everyone else besides owning responsibility.

I am a new owner and put in a request to do some work on the property that will hopefully address water issues in my basement. Jason was very helpful in guiding me through the approval process and went above and beyond to address my concerns/desire to get the work completed quickly. The Board also responded to my request very quickly.
