Amazing people helping other people. Words cannot express my deepest gratitude for the staff's compassion, hard work, and dedication. They made a very scary and urgent situation into an eased group effort. Providing me with multiple outlets and resources for various needs my family and I have. I truly feel like a part of the community. Leaving me inspired, as well as resigned to pay it forward; giving back in any way I'm capable. Once again, these humans are extraordinary and undoubtedly the most beautiful side of our existence. Each staff member greeted me with a smile, making me feel welcome, considered, and equal. Life is filled with challenges that may not be solely resolved. Westside Cares is an excellent resource for any local needing help to get back on track. When you belong to a community, you're never on your own. Special thanks to Carol who went above and beyond for myself and family. You're genuinely the most beautiful soul I've encountered in my lifetime. May your days be blessed and filled with joy.

A relationship for over 2 years with staff helping me with mail and necessities as a homeless person, including the countless times staff helped me whenever my identification document(s) were stolen. God Bless them, what a frustrating experience it was, yet what patience and support - God Bless them, and God Bless my pet beautiful pet Tortie, may she rest in peace: Tortie my baby who was mercilessly attacked and killed while we slept outside traveling transient interstate - homelessness is no joke, and some people take massive advantage of those already having a tough time. Thank you for being the ones to try to help even with food for her sometimes. God bless.

I’ve always left here with a big smile on my face; due to the fact that these warm hearted ppl have provided me with much needed resources, allowing the process of me getting off the streets and back on my feet, to be much more bearable than it would be otherwise. My first time at this place but I was welcomed right away and directed in the right direction and got help fairly quickly. Mrs Connie helped me out and was very patient and kind to me which was what I needed considering I was a little nervous. These guys here are wonderful😊
