Only left 2 stars because it isn’t the WORST condos in the area. I do not and have never lived here; however I just dropped a delivery to one of your residents and I’m completely SHOCKED that I left with all 4 tires and my vehicle intact!!! I drive a GMC Terrain, there is absolutely ZERO REASON that I should be throwing things across the vehicle like I’m at Mud Nationals!!!! The parking lot and all driving areas are HORRENDOUS AND INEXCUSABLE!!!!! For the amount being charged for rent, there is just no reason this place should be so rundown!!!! Seriously…STEER CLEAR or bring a good spare!

My family and I lived there until early 2008. The owner of our condo was Eli. He was a very kind landlord. He was very prompt on fixing anything that needed maintenance in a timely manner. My husbands employer plotted to destroy my family and coaxed my husband and father of my children to jump up and desert us 2 weeks before Christmas 2007 to move in with her. He also tricked me into quiting my job right before he left us. So our electric was turned off and my husband wouldn't pay it or any childsupport yet so my landlord Eli paid it for my children and I. He then contacted my husband who was living in adultery with his boss and made him pay him back the electricity money. So renting there about 15 years ago was a decent place to live. I don't know if Eli still owns any of them but he was a good man and landlord . I saved the lives of a grown disabled man and his 5 year old niece from drowning at that pool there the summer before I moved from there. They had been moved there from New Orleans during Katrina. I was at the pool with my 2 daughters when the man holding the little girl just walked through the gate and stepped straight off the end into the deep end As he started going under he was pushing on her head to try to push his self out of the water I jumped up from the lawn chair and grabbed a long pole and stuck it out to the man. He finally grabbed it and the little girl then grabbed his neck and I pulled them both out. I then contacted the office and reported what happened so they could get the pass key from that man. I believe he was the uncle of the girl and he was babysitting her.

Property owners in Shreveport Bossier should really consider that they are not in the "market" and stop claiming market value pricing. In order to do so you would need to provide comparable living such as up to date renovations, appliances and enhanced environmental conservation equipment. The fact that pricing for these units are the cost that they are and that certain buildings are not able to be lived in due to fire damage, water damage etc., is a drawback. The swimming pool has been closed, there is no operating office. People's cars have been burglarized. Put up some cameras, fix and enhance the space. Rent control at it finest work here, charge more so only certain people can afford it and do not give them the quality of life that they should have when paying almost a thousand dollars a month to live here

The community was quiet and pretty clean when we first moved in. You'll fit right in as long as you aren't a mixed-race couple, don't have kids and don't have pets. If you happen to be on a upper floor, then get used to dump and kennel-like conditions below you and no one who'll care and also prep yourself to receive "friendly" reminders about cleaning up after your pets ... months after you relocated them to a new home.
