Is there an updated list of times that the VFW is open? Its been closed all 3 times we've stopped in to join but online it shows open.

Great breakfast. I am a member of the post but live out of town so I don't get up here very often. I was there for the retirees meeting with Virginia Air guard. Thoroughly enjoyed it 🇺🇲🇺🇲

Got to watch a "flag burning ceremony" from my front porch. It started about 6:20 am one guy in sweat pants and tee shirt. Put some flags in the burn container and started them up. Got more flags but this time he spred them out on the ground and took the ones he wanted and put them in his truck. No salutes no anything. This is a disappointment. You all know someone who died protecting this flag treat it as it should be. The Cub Scouts do a much better job so donate your flag to them

The breakfast was fabulous. They also serve breakfast and lunch. Anyone can come and eat there just remember to sign the guest book. Bring cash to pay for the meals.

Staff is awesome, and pleasant. Food is great, my family loves the place, plus we consider the staff our family.
