Disrespectful towards people checking in or giving donation also rude and kick u to the curb for showing up few minutes late god would not turn people down also blankets have bedbugs

When you are down and out with no place to go. If you can live with normal everyday rules of life and want to change the insanity. Union Gospel Mission will help you whether you choose to join the program or want to get a job and/or find housing. With a little self discipline and faith you will find it here. If you are hungry they serve three meals M - F. Breakfast @ 7:00 am. Lunch @ 12:00 pm and dinner @ 7:00 pm .
Sat Brunch 10:30 am dinner 5:00.
Sun breakfast @ 7:30 am and dinner @ 4:00 pm. The staff (with great patience) will go above and beyond to help a person in need. Thank you UGM for all that you do.

Dont be late. My first time ever coming here. An awful week, starved, arrived at 715 because you know, life. Jamie turned me away, wouldnt even hear of my hunger. I asked if he thought they would throw away food tonight, he said "yep". Maybe i should go wait by the trash then, thanks jamie.

This is the most un Christian union gospel mission I have ever seen in my life. I used to help out monthly but stopped because of the way they treated people. Now I know someone that got kicked out because he talked to homeless people on the streets. He was told it was not his place to help or talk to them. He was not a super hero. He was working and got in trouble because he wasn’t back for his shower time ( they set your time even if you can’t be there at that time and won’t change it) when this Shannon guy knew he was working. Shannon has a big head complex thinking he is so much better than the one’s staying there. Men have told me they don’t stay there because of him and how he treats them. So they sleep on the streets outside the mission. I used to volunteer there clear back in the 70s and never saw this kind of treatment before. I believe in this program but not the Grays Harbor UGM

Missionary statement needs to change. A brother or sister that is looking for a warm place and hot food shouldn't be told no because he/she was a minute late. I guess one should tell someone to get there meals from a garbage can then

March 2023. Times of need is when the Union Gospel Mission steps in. I need household items like towels, bedding pots and pans, etc.. I got everything I requested and they even threw in a small Sony monitor so I could have a TV! Found out they also provide 3 meals a day -You eat there, nothing is take out. They have a small dayroom to chat or play cards or whatever. Certain days they also provide showers. You'll have to call for times and days. They also have a clothing g bank. I was super surprised at the quality of foods and the amount of services they provide. THEY ROCK!! Please give them a shout if you're in need. They didn't seem judgemental at all. Very friendly people. Especially the warehouse people. Really helped me when I needed it! And please donate to this cause if you're able. They do this community good.

With all those millions of dollars of donation. Your stinky bedbug red itchy blanket . Is still used after 10 years. In the men’s bed shelter. Nasty as it could get. Change your dirty red bed bug blanket too.
