This experience was amazing from the first call I made to them requesting a quote to the delivery to our new home. Very professional, very reasonable in cost, and a great value. I would highly recommend them as your first choice. They were also very efficient and never slowed down while preparing our furniture for the move. They stopped and took time to make a small repair to our storm door that wasn’t caused by their action. I will definitely use their services again.

We recently moved with the help of Two Men and a Truck, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the entire team was exceptional. The office staff was friendly, responsive, and professional, making the scheduling process easy and stress-free. The real stars of the day, though, were the two movers who helped us. These gentlemen were incredible—truly the kind of people you hope to have during such a challenging time. They tackled what was a physically hard move with the best attitudes and a positive outlook the entire time. Despite the obstacles, they remained upbeat, efficient, and kindhearted. Our move was especially emotional because we were transitioning into a new home after losing our previous one to Hurricane Milton. It was a stressful and bittersweet day, but these two movers made all the difference. Their genuine compassion and thoughtful demeanor turned what could have been a difficult experience into one filled with gratitude and hope. We’re so thankful they were assigned to us and made our day brighter. If we ever have to move again (fingers crossed we don’t!), we’d request these two movers in a heartbeat. Two Men and a Truck has an amazing team, and we are so grateful for their support during this time. Highly recommend them!

Inside admin (Tracy) was excellent - friendly & helpful for our unusual move. We had 3 men and didn't need the truck but did need mover's experience. Once we got into the routine, everyone worked hard and anticipated the various moving needs. Everyone had a 'can do' attitude which was needed since it was a big job with lots of changes on the spot. Everyone had a good contribution when ideas were needed. Everyone worked well with our customer, and he appreciated it.

Two Men and a Truck knocked it out of the park for our last minute furniture purchase. A large furniture chain dropped the ball on our delivery, leaving us scrambling for furniture within one week’s time. We found a sectional sofa 45 minutes away and needed someone to pick it up and deliver back to Lakeland. Props to Ruth at the office and Gamble & Christian who delivered it on time and without damage. Highly recommend!!

Dealing with Tracy to set up the move was seamless. She followed up with me each step of the way. The moving crew sent was the most professional I have ever dealt with. The were very careful to package and move the goods, communicating with each other the entire time. Among the items. we move a priceless piece of art and a grandfather clock that was well protected and arrived safely. We appreciate the service provided by Lakeland Two Men and a Truck and will not hesitate to use them again!

The team came in and within a short period of time disassembled furniture & moved into another area. They were careful and skilled and because of their efficiency, completed the job in a very reasonable time frame. I will request the same team to move the furniture back in place when flooring job is complete. I highly recommend this team!

If I could leave zero stars I would. This company moved me over a year ago. When I scheduled them, I specifically asked if they could move a baby grand player piano. I was assured that they had people with the knowledge and skills to do so. This was not the case. They dropped my piano and broke one of the legs, chipped another area, broke the tile floor in the new house, and broke the player component on the piano. After the damage was done, the men moving my things told me they had never moved a piano before! I have called and sent emails regularly, and this company has not taken care of this issue. They fixed the cosmetics and had the piano tuned, but are not following through with replacing the player component. It will be very costly for them, but that shouldn’t matter because they have insurance, and even if they didn’t, they broke it and are responsible for replacing it. I have spoken with their insurance company who told me a claim was made months ago. Since then, no one at Two Men & A Truck will respond to any email I send or phone call I make. I have even requested to speak with the owner numerous times and have been assured that he would call me back. He never has! I have been more than patient. I’m at the point of needing to hire an attorney to get this taken care of. In addition to this piano ordeal, they broke numerous other objects, and lost a number of things during the move. I don’t know how things were lost as I moved a distance of less than 30 miles! I would not recommend nor will I ever use this company again.
