The Windsor of Palm Coast was our choice for our Aunt whom moved from another state. So far I can honestly tell you that her welcome at this facility has been exceptional! Staff and Residents both gave her such a warm welcome it really touched her heart. The Windsor is a very beautiful and clean property. My aunt says she feels like she's on a cruise ship, so many activities, delicious food and very attentive staff. I feel great about her living there. I know she's safe and has help if she needs it. Pictures are a lunch special, basketball tournament and Catholic mass.

I cannot say enough positive comments about the staff at The Windsor. From the initial meeting to move in day and after they have been amazing. Moving a loved one to assisted living is a tough decision but they have made the transition comfortable and so easy. The facility itself is attractive and homey. The apartments are roomy and meet all our needs. The caretakers are wonderful. They are responsive, kind, personable and really care about the residents. We are very happy that we chose The Windsor of Palm Coast.

My mother hasn't moved in yet, but when I went to visit I was very impressed by how the place looked. It was warm and comfortable, like a hug! The people I met were very knowledgeable and kind. I think my mother will be happy here.

We moved our mother from another facility in Palm Coast 8 months ago and we are very pleased with The Windsor. Mom has dementia so we needed a place where the staff really has a heart for caring for dementia/Alzheimer’s residents. “Reflections” Memory Care exceeds our expectations. Brenda, the Activities Director in memory care has a God given gift for caring for the residents. She spends the day filling them with activities, laughter, and love. My mother is so much more content! The staff and nurses are attentive and responsive, no matter what request or question we have. Darlene in the reception is always there with a smile. I can definitely recommend The Windsor for your loved one.

A very good friend of mine was a recent Resident at Windsor, and speaking on my friends behalf both her and I could never have expected such a wonderful, caring, and happy go lucky place. The staff including nurses, technicians, Food Service, cleaning staff, and all others were above and beyond any help that one could ask for.
