Someone on her personal phone when i tried to Explain what i was there for she was doing hand movement expressing to me to hurry up with what i needed i greeted her not once but twice and she never greeted me once on top of that shes on her phone and telling me to
Hurry up . She was very very rude . She told me To Go to the building department which is next door i was helped and greeted with a smile unlike the lady in the first building front desk . I already thought it was rude that she was on her personal phone hurrying me up to ask for What i needed while on a personal call .

Small parking lot. But clean. The service was quick and pleasant enough at the UPS store. However, the employees that were servicing me and other customers, were discussing their disdain of another coworker. I thought that was truly unprofessional. What if I was a friend, a family member or neighbor of that coworker? We all talk about our coworkers, just wait until there are no customers present.

I went to the UPS store and they was closing but the people was nice enough to take my package because it was being overnight and it needed to be where it was going the next day I really appreciate it that I went around the corner to Oberweis ice cream parlor it was very disappointed the way it was long the ice cream was melted and the price was high for the size of the container and I don't mind paying extra for good stuff but don't pay extra and it's not good then I have an issue and it wasn't good Culver's beat them out. I hit ice cream from this establishment before and it was delicious but it was a few years back shortly after they open so things are completely different I guess now but the UPS employee made it worth it my wow for stopping here

I remember Evergreen Plaza and always thought it was a decent mall (for teens). This new one, is brighter, has lots of open parking and a good variety of stores. When it gets cold I do miss the indoor concept but it works out fine.

I hadn't been out in a very long time and I came in on the wrong side. The assistants were very patient and helpful to let me know the new situations. I admired them for that.
