I looked at their Facebook page on, Saturday, August 3, 2024, between 6:00am-7:30am, and saw an article about a judge dismissing a lawsuit on the new KY law that restricts the sale of vaping products. It had been posted for 30 minutes to an hour. I did some research about this because it was the first I had heard about it. I found an article from AP news. It was the same article as The News-Enterprise, except it was published on July 30, 2024. They didn’t change anything. It was the same article. I went back to The News-Enterprise Facebook page to read their article again, to make sure I wasn’t wrong, and the post was gone. I wish I had taken a screenshot of their article, but unfortunately, I didn’t. I’m not sure if this was posted by mistake, and I don’t want to falsely accuse someone. But if it wasn’t, it needs to be investigated. People shouldn’t have to pay for something that they can read online for free, especially if it’s the same exact article. I’ve attached a screenshot of AP News article to show what article I am talking about.

Today is Monday, January 10, 2022, and I had not received a news paper since Wednesday, January 5, 2022, and then it was both Tuesday and Wednesdays papers, my newspaper doesn't even arrive until 6 pm or later since the newspaper got taken over by new owners, so any obits that are put in only the day of viewing/ funeral which has happened twice now, I have missing for people I really cared about! Not to mention today I got Thursday and Saturday/Sunday paper, but didn't receive Friday or today's paper! WTH is going on, I'm paying to get my newspapers on time and in the mornings each day! Let's just say breakfast enjoyment has changed, there's no time in evenings to read it unless I stay up half the night and with a 3 yr old, thats not going to happen

Once again NO paper today January 10th, 2022. It is absolutely ridiculous to expect customers to read the paper of the day at 8 PM or the day after!. Non existent customer service. I pay for a paper 6 days a week. Lucky to get one 4 days a week in the evening. Safe the money anddo bot subscribe to it. Time to cancel after 30 years

Your company still has a posted accusation that was dismissed for no wrong doing and found to be completely false allegations from KSP. For 7 years you've all allowed this false narrative to be in the media. An for 7 years to this day in still dealing with slander threats and having this issue brought up at school and work. My house has been vandalized and I've had to relocate 4 times in the past year. Can someone please contact me back and remove that article. At least post the updated court documents that shows the child fail down stairs while playing with 4 other children in the home. The fact another inmate actually tried to give false testimony to the prosecution as it I admitted to something I don't do and that also came out in court. I'm being attacked for attack for all the wrong reasons. I've sent multiple emails and left voice messages but nobody has taken the time to contact me or my attorney Evan Spalding. Please contact me back

This newspaper would benefit from having a person of color who actually cares about people of color. Instead of the "Uncle Tom" employeed to write on behalf of minorities. It is very important to have someone on staff with the best interest of all people not just "some". If given the opportunity I could be a much better journalist myself. It is sad how this newspaper is full of junk instead of important news.

This entire news publication should be ashamed. You do not have the right to exploit locals trauma for financial gain without their consent. This entire publishing office should be ashamed, anyone who approved the recent report of an assault with the victim statement included again, without their consent, is a embarrassment to journalism.
