Unethical practice.. director Katie lied yo me 3 different times. The teachers are inexperienced and not public servants. Tyrant control freaks. Kicked me out for being in the back of a uber. And refused my referal multiple times for no good reason. Definitely not appart of their policy. This company along with Katie will be named personally in my lawsuit when my case is over.

I have nothing but the GREATEST things to say about this agency and their main players. Miss.Swanson, Miss.Ashley, Miss.Tania but my personal favorite was Miss.Jessie. these people and this program changes lives for the better. They have always been attentive, understanding, compassionate and all around great. This is a super beneficial agency for the children and for the parents.
You can't do better if you don't know any better and they really teach and train my to do and be better ♥️♥️♥️
If you are a donor , they REALLY are worth every CENT. I will forever recommend people to these women because they truly are angels . We Thank you C.A.C for all your help

Great place. My son is in foster care and they have made it easy for me as a parent to visit with my son, and making me feel like I still have right. I am very thankful to Iggy, Valerie, especially Sierra, who saw education was a concern of mine for my child and provided flashcards, books, and whatever else.

Parents Beware: Names Retracted For Now, a Family Safety Program Case Manager pushed me out of his office, down the hall, and out the front door for not being comfortable surrendering the personal information he was attempting to pry from me. This happened in front of a Police Lieutenant and Center Supervisor (?), who trespassed me from the property afterward. (Yes, I pressed charges later. There's a Police report with a case number.) Lots of poor judgement and incompetence here. However, they were nice enough to give me their business cards before I left, if anyone wants them.

There should be video evidence of everything occurring, with everyone present and observing, unless they are operating the Children's Advocacy Center with no surveillance, which would be even more unacceptable.

I did not find this agency to be advocates of children who report and document sexual abuse. They do not contribute in any way or facilitate healing through therapy or any offered modalities. They tell you to call the police if the sexual abuse continues to be spoke about by the child. I did not feel or have the experience that this CAC advocates for children in Collier County who report sexual molestation. I have been unable to find help within the community for when a traumatic crisis such as this occurs. Where are the advocates of children who report sexual abuse?

It's Jail for Children. They get to see Mommy or Daddy for 1 whole hour, 1x week in a fun playroom.
