As someone who worked for this company for nearly a year, I HIGHLY recommend choosing a different company when searching for care for your disabled loved ones. From my personal experience on the Residental team, the Supervisors do not care about your family. They care about less paperwork and more money. There are few are far between Direct Support Professionals that actually care about the clients, many are negligent and rude, and dehumanizing. I can list 4 people I worked with on my team that genuinely had the clients best interests at heart. I reported a coworker for negligence and received threats, and harassment from this coworker that only led to ME being written up by the temporary supervisor that my team was assigned to. This supervisor was biased against me and for the coworker that was harassing me. I was suffering from extreme panic attacks after this harassment. This same coworker had been written up on 6 different occasions, quit the job, and came back 2 days later and was completely fine within the company. I attempted to make an appeal to come back, as I cared deeply for my clients and working with folks with disabilities, and was DENIED the appeal. This company is corrupt and does not have the clients best interest at heart. I have many more things I could share but I feel as though I have shared what was needed.

Think carefully before allowing your loved ones to be apart of the Arc of the Ozarks...

This is the perfect example of what happens when a company forgets its vision. Bloated, corporate money grab. You must sell your soul to be in middle and upper management. Despicable.

Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had with a clinic. Our first appointment was great and we did all the tests as asked. Now we are waiting on results and getting 0 answers from Dr.Lindsey. We were told results would be ready within 2 weeks and we are now at 4 weeks. We were supposed to have a meeting on Tuesday for the results and today is the last business day for them to be finished so I called and they will not even be done in that time frame. They keep trying to add appointments to run up the Medicaid bill and give false hope. Avoid this place, they do not know how to communicate amongst themselves and the answers change based on who you speak with. Patient care is not a priority like they said

Literally the BEST services you can ask for. They’re incredible. Unfortunately we had to move out of town and I regret it entirely cuz it took my kids away from the therapy here at the Arc. They also call it cornerstone. If you have a child with autism, this is the right place. They also take very good care of children with adhd and ptsd. I can’t wait to move back and have our therapy back for my kids. This place is a huge blessing. They’re able to teach you even the smallest things to help you and your child cope with their diagnosis. Every single staff member here, the best. From reception to the therapists. Thank you for making my kids lives better. I’m honestly surprised at the other reviews. This place was nothing but a blessing for my family and my kids are good kids just have very high needs. For their level of needs it was met at this place. My kids were seen twice a week sometimes 3 times a week with outpatient therapy.

Says they’re hiring has People walking around the neighborhood and peoples jobs bragging about how this place is always hiring and has a low senses go to apply and they tell me I don’t need the qualifications when I know I do and then they gave me the most generic copy and paste message ever. I wouldn’t bother with this place

The group of Psychiatrists moved here from Mercy. The doctors are fine, but the support staff lacks in communication and follow through.

Employees are kicked, scratched, bitten and abused by the students there and the management refuses to do anything about it. Its Amazing when money and grants can make you look the other way and ignore the people who are there to try and help.
