Great techs and drivers, some management are awesome. The company underwent changes and got super tight. They run outdated equipment and won't get any new equipment. Work is there, but got very stupid rules you have to follow to the "T" if you don't. You will be terminated immediately

The job itself is not hard the money is good the crew/ techs are great but management the trucks & trailers in Bossier City are in very bad shape and there is no one to PM the trucks.U report the problems with the equipment but it may not get fixed yet will blame the driver for the problem.I drove a truck unknowingly with a speedometer 10 mph off but TAS knew . I got a speeding ticket,the dispatcher blamed me and told me I was responsible for the ticket. They wouldn't even pay half . So dot your I's and cross your T's because bossier management does not care about u ,DOT regulated hours of service .the dispatch is very young, he will risk your license , power struck and knows nothing about driving and is double-minded and disrespectful.he will lie nd sell u a dream.if u just need a job right now and can stay to yourself and u have skin like an armadillo until you find something better this is location would be ok
