This racists unprofessional lady has the nerve to be in everyone’s business but her’s. Double charges for HOA fees every month. Steals money from hard working civilians. Michael Hunter make sure you know what kind of employees you have working underneath you.

Hi everyone! Please I cannot stress this do not think about moving here with the current management in place! The HOA manager Kimberly Spiegel is so unprofessional she threatens little kids without parent supervision and in business that she isnt suppose to be in. There has also been cases floating around the community of her double charging fees, what kind of person does such things! The constant harassment towards people of different nationalities isn’t acceptable, why would anyone want to deal with a Home Association that has these kind of people working for them! I hope something is done about this because kids shouldnt be harassed from an individual that thinks they have power of people especially without a parent being persent! Talk to the childs parent instead of saying rudes things to innocent kids that are still growing up in this community! Micheal Hunter if this reaches you action needs to be taken this is so unacceptable!

Do not ever move here if you value your privacy. Property Management inserts themselves into your every day life. Multi-family's in every single townhouse that do not keep up their homes and bring Property value significantly down. Commercial vehicles parked throughout the neighborhood and Double D towing patrols all day every day threatening to tow even when you are trying to move out of this awful neighborhood. HOA fees are ridiculous too and amenities are NOT well kept.

Neighbors are very nice and friendly. Child friendly place to live, nice and clean playgrounds, tennis court, basketball court, and swimming pool.

I have lived in this community for many years and have seen a marked increase in crime over that time, particularly vehicle break-ins and domestic violence incidents. The HOA is completely useless and does nothing to improve conditions in the neighborhood. The property manager is ineffective and is known to harass homeowners for no apparent reason. I would rate zero stars, if that were an option!
