I have been with Sun Federal for a couple of years. I applied for a loan and got paired with Chris Baker. The process was so incredibly smooth. The communication between Chris and the dealership, as well as keeping me in the loop and updated on the process of my loan was better than I could have ever asked for! Buying a new car can be stressful and applying for a loan can be too, but I couldn't have been more pleased with how I was treated at Sun Federal, the process was as stress free as possible, largely in part due to such fantastic communication and such a friendly and professional approach. I am very happy to be a part of this credit union and am looking forward to my next transaction with them!

Lobby is closed....Sign on the door says open until 5:30 pm. Check my watch and yup its only 4:10 ok. Maybe they got robbed idk. 🤔 let's try the full service kiosk.

Hello can I help you....blah blah blah. O we don't do that here you will need to go into the branch, and they close at 4:30.

O you mean like the branch where I am now that's closed?

Perhaps ya'll should all get on the same page as far as your hours of operation or what full service means.

Thanks! the dealer took for ever with the paper work and I needed to get to work. Sandra really worked hard to get me in and out on a Friday loan in hand to by the truck I really appreciate the extra effort from her and the entire friendly staff.

Another dealer mistake staff quickly looked into issues and rappef it up for me.

I have NEVER in my life been to a credit union or any other banking establishment that has been so incredibly incompetent.. I would NEVER put a dime into this credit union. My minor niece HAS to unfortunately bank with these people and she has literally had to leave her job and come to this establishment repeatedly 4 times now over her NAME.. They couldn't seem to get her name correct in their system she has a first middle and last name like I'm assuming much of the people in this country. Are you serious right now?!?! 4 different times because you can't get first middle and last right?! It's not rocket science. Now on the 4th trip because they are incompetent in my opinion of course they just now ask for a copy of her social and birth certificate?!? Where in the world can you open an account without it?! They have her ID on file surprisingly and just now ask for these documents because they couldn't seem to get her name right.. It's beyond unbelievable they should have a sign that says "bank at your own risk"...

Was a great credit union before sun took over. I've been banking here for over 15 years everybody knew you by name when you came in. Now you just feel like a number. Service has gone downhill. We will soon be switching

Worst banking experience I've ever had. I do not recommend them to anyone. They're liars and scammers here. Nothing but constant problems in the eight months I've been with them. What kind've bank refuses to give you back your own money that was put into ypur own account!
