Todd Siefken went above and beyond our expectations throughout the home buying process & we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone buying in Steamboat. It truly is a phenomenal property and without Todd, there is no way we would have been able to navigate our way through the purchase process to arrive at the closing table.

Derek did a fantastic job in guiding and assiting us in the sale of our house. In my opinion he went way and above his job as a realtor - he helped us with issues surrrounding the septic tank, dealt with the well agreement and supported us as we considered a self financing loan on our house. I think he also learned a few things about self financing. He communicated with us almost on a daily basis and he represented us in all the negations that went on between the buyers and their agent.
