I always find a great deal when I visit the re-store. Scott and all the staff there are always friendly and very helpful. The puzzle "room" always has a great selection of interesting puzzles. If I'm in Staunton Thursday Fri or Saturday I always stop in to see what new items they have.

We are The Neighbor Bridge, a local nonprofit looking to help our community in many ways. One of our goals is to build community food pantries so finding nice or gently used cabinets really helps. The people here were great and generous and really helped us out. They are a non profit looking to raise money to build hoses for those in need and we want to fill those homes with food. Great people.

I have been to many H2H stores from Fredericksburg, Richmond and this one ranks dead last for value. Many things are old things, packaged in new boxes (like the homeowner put his old, replacedfaucet in the new faucet box and donated it.) Prices are triple what they should be. Old, almond-colored, over the range microwave $60. Old, beat-up oak vanity, no counter, white paint stains and a missing drawer $75. Those should be $10-$15 items. Don't waste your time.

Charged my mothers Apple Pay 53 dollars and then refused to give her the item she bought saying because they didn’t have proof of payment on there system but she lost out on 53 after showing them the online statement of purchase! Don’t offer Apple Pay if you don’t know how it works !
