Such a beautiful church! Found parking on the street and the people were very welcoming. The church is small but detailed with beautiful statues of our Lord and the Virgen Mary.

The event space at St. Anthony's Church was the perfect venue for my father's retirement dinner. The ballroom was the perfect size to host our 160 person party with plenty of extra space to spare. The small hall had a beautifully built bar and was great for cocktail hour prior to the event. The outside patio had space heaters and seating and was large enough for our catered taco guy to set up.

There is plenty of secured parking in the garage as well as street parking, security on site, and they also had a list of furniture available for use as needed (tables, chairs, cocktail tables, flatware, glassware, etc) which made was so convenient when planning the event. There was a great audio/visual setup for us to run a slideshow on a projector screen and tvs in the small hall and by the bar, our own playlist of music, and mic setup for speeches.

From start to finish, Marilyn (the venue event coordinator) and her team were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and worked so hard to make our night as seamless as possible. We couldn't have done it all without them! Big thanks to St. Anthony's and we HIGHLY recommend for anyone needing an event venue in the downtown Los Angeles area!!

I am a wedding coordinator, and let me tell you...this venue is so great to work with! From the time I was hired on by our couple and reached out to Roxanne & Marilyn [Venue Coordinators] it was seriously so simple! They are super accommodating and will try everything that they can to give the couple the wedding of their dreams. This venue is also absolutely gorgeous, and they are working on updating it as I write this. If you're looking for a venue that can hold a large guest count, has great staff to work with and is gorgeous....you found the right one!

I've been coming here for years. Its a must if you are Croatian. Weekly mass held in Croatian and English. Many cultural events held here throughout the year. A great place for a wedding or other party rental. I've seen a 400-500 person wedding squeeze in here but I would say 300 can be comfortable. Great community presence here!
