The person I spoke with was very rude. I gave them a reference number. Which is all you should need to verify any information regarding any account you have on anyone. In society today, I am not giving you any information. A reference number from my attorney is more than enough. I was trying to see why they are contacting me and why! I was hung up on! I would give them no stars!

I had a debt that I completely forgot about. I'm not sure if Simms attempted to call me because I never answer numbers I do not recognize. These reviews are ridiculous. Obviously people are going to leave a one star because they are mad about having to pay their debt haha. Once I realized I had an email from Simms I set up my account and all the information is right there so I knew it was legit. I submitted my payment and went on about my day. As for those wanting receipts it's right there on your bank statements with their information and the amount you paid haha. It's 2024 people every payment from a debit/credit card will always be there if you want “proof" that you paid your debt.

Super scam. They keep calling about a “ important business matter” but never go into any information even basic information like the name of the company with that matter takes place. They just want you to confirm your basic information so they can add you to some sort of file don’t do it

Company has been calling numbers that are not mine and giving information about my debt to people that aren’t me. After already asking for all phone numbers beside mine to be removed, they still have not been removed. You also have to call and request a receipt after you make a payment which is ridiculous considering they don’t answer the phone. Business hours until 9pm but yall don’t answer the phone all day. i suggest getting a lawyer and having them deal with SIMM directly so you can avoid the headache.

Scammers BEWARE. Called claiming I had a bad debt with them, pulled all 3 credit reports to find no debts. Called back and was hung up on, Called again and told then I recorded the conversation and was reporting them to consumer protection and fbi Tamera hung uo onnus for the 3rd time
Reported to local Police, fbi and consumer protections. Scammers.

The debt "collectors" here are such horrible people and completely unprofessional. Just look at the review scores on here.. laughable (and they have the audacity to reply to reviews as if they have any ground to stand on). When you get a call from these people, just hang up.. don't waste your time.

Was contacted by phone by this sham agency, informed the representative (actually, the second one, the first hung up on me) that I had filed a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, gave attorney info, ended the call. Some time later, received emails continuing collection activity attempts. Called back and informed the rep of this and she called me a liar, and hung up on me. Called back AGAIN and gave my bk filing info AGAIN. Here's hoping they follow the law now and cease this harassment. I'm not holding my breath.

Company keeps calling me multiple times a week. I havnt spoke to 1 person who speaks fluent english. Any time I ask who they are calling in behalf of … I get a response along the lines of “have a nice day , bye.”

If you are a debt collector & cant tell me who you are calling on behalf of I will assume it’s a scam. I don't owe anyone anything to my knowledge & Experian nor Credit Karma have brought any late payments to my attention.
