Sean Banks funeral home was so professional on January 27, 2024.

During the process of my mom passing. Dr. Banks assured our family everything would be fine and it was. He put our family mind at ease, he communicated clearly throughout the entire process.

AFFORDABLE, AFFORDABLE, AFFORDABLE. I CANNOT SAY IT ENOUGH.

Dr. Banks is NOT all about the money, he’s about ensuring you and your love ones have a smooth, beautiful, memories that you will forever remember.

At the funeral one of his staff stood by my side the entire time and I appreciated that because I was not strong enough to get through the service. He had two people sang and blow the roof off that everyone continues to talked about to this day.

Dr. Banks and his team presented us with a beautiful blanket in memory of our mom that attendees of our funeral asked to purchased some.

When I tell you Sean Banks funeral home exceeded our expectations. They were so professional I asked for a job…LOL.

My mom looked like an angel is the casket and everyone who attended was pleased. Attendees and people who didn’t attended keep talking about my mom funeral.

I’m glad my mom Pastor recommended Sean Banks Funeral Home.

While preparing for one of the toughest times in our life- the burial of my Mother, it was with great comfort that our family chose such a compassionate and professional funeral director and staff. From the moment we arrived at the office we just felt that we had made the right decision. My husband and I were recently introduced to Banks Mortuary. My cousin had passed and this was the funeral home she was sent to. At first I had no knowledge of this funeral home nor the owner. If I could give 0 stars I would. I just had a funeral service for my uncle today and after ordering the flowers for over $130 they only read the first line and not anything else nor who the flowers were from. The staff did the same thing to other family members who purchased flowers and requested the publishing at the ceremony who were immediate family members. We were all completely disappointed and will not recommend again.

My mother was laid to rest in December of 2021. She was my heart; my angel. The decision my sister and I made to allow Banks Mortuary to prepare her body was the best decision we could have made!

The way my mother was laid to rest was so absolutely professional. Had I not known she passed, I would have just thought she was taking a nap! Their attention to detail was very precise!
