Billie Ritzema is the only dentist I would want working on my mouth. Not only has she done a wonderful job on my dental work but I even made the drive up here when I had previously lived 3hrs away due to a horrible job on a filling from a local dentist in southern Michigan.

For starters he got me to agree by using slick talk into pulling 4 of my teeth when all I needed was two fillings and having two crowns re-cemented in. I took the x-ray to another dentist and confirmed that he could have re-cemented one crown for sure and the other was a 50/50 shot that it would only last a year, but I would have gladly gone back every year to have it re-cemented. He instead pulled the 4 teeth and had a flipper created without waiting for the gums to form properly. When I eventually got the flipper it did not fit and in fact hurt just putting it in. He obviously knew this was going to happen. He gave me a hard time about refunding my money on the flipper and in a very insulting manner kicked my out of his practice which did not hurt my feelings at all.
