Ordered a bedroom and washer set, talked to the store, emailed all my docs as instructed. Made the payment everything was supposed to be set to be delivered. Once I spoke to my wife after the time me that was scheduled(10-12), I called the store and they said they didn’t handle the account, the guy that did was off. What does that mean to me I need what I paid for delivered. Ok got a new time(3-5), ok cool. Once the delivery guy arrives they can’t deliver b/c I’m not there to sign or finger print WOW I work 12hrs shift 7-7 hr drive home yall closed what am I supposed to do.The store said oh someone should have told you. Fine time to express that after the facts.I spoke to three different people and that was failed to be mentioned. Worst communication worst scheduling.

I have been a loyal and faithful customer for well over a year payments on time if not ahead, I pay stuff off early but the past month or 2 I've been dealing with LIFE and I talked to someone on the phone who I stated I had hour changes at work this paycheck was affected and I would only have 1 week when I went in with my 3 small children the girl asked my name and when I told her she began to talk to the other male employee in Spanish he came and was rude they were talking about me in Spanish very rude and unprofessional we're all grown u have something to say say it in English so I van give feedback. I was a little later than I expected between the car the kids and stress but I came in. I had $93 to my name for the week so he proceeds to tell me my total is $90 and some change and I gave him the money then he turned around to say I didn't give him enough when he realized he counted wrong he didn't apologize he started speaking more Spanish to the girl then told me next week I would owe 3 weeks and they would come get the products tomorrow witch I said I wouldn't be home (because I work from 5am to 11pm on Saturday) however I couldn't get the last part out before he said he was making a police report and spoke more Spanish to the girl. My 3 small children were with me they heard police they don't know they were scared and I was stressed to the max I made calls to report this however my kids didn't deserve to be around this kind of environment especially a business and it made our night horrible because of the stress I was under and I feel that BOTH EMPLOYEES OWE ME AND MY CHILDREN AN APOLOGY especially my children. And the boy an explanation of why I would have to pay 3 weeks next week when I was only 1 week behind. I'm a single mother who just needs to be worked with and it will be straightened out. I did flip out when products I ordered online were unavailable and I had to get a product that costs more, nor did I call ranting and raving about the delivery guy leaving my bedroom set not put together because it was the end of the day and I felt bad and I built the stuff myself. I mean come on 1 week I need to be worked with that's all I ain't asking for a hand out Jesus people have decency for people out here actually trying

These people are scammers for 2 different consoles they tried to get 4,000 dollars. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. I wouldn’t even put that on my worst enemy!

I purchased a washer and dryer last April. I was told that they were brand new and when I received them, they had laundry detergent and softener inside of them. I immediately called Cesar at Rent-A-Center and after over a week of aggravating phone calls, he finally agreed to lowering the overall cost of the machines. Now, just a little bit over a year later my washing machine sounds like an earthquake in my home. Anytime the machine is in spin cycle it takes off. It took over two weeks to get someone to come out here. They came out, took the machine, brought it back to their store and said that they fixed the calibration on the drum of the washer. When they brought it back, The first two loads worked perfectly fine and then the problem continued. After leaving 3 messages and 2 weeks later, they came back out. The tech saw the machine go crazy. So he took the machine back. After many aggravating and upsetting phone calls, they told me they would not have me pay my week of autopay and have a service tech in the shop take a look at it. Our washing machine was gone all weekend and came back this Monday. They told me they replaced the grommets inside of the suspension and that the machine should be just fine. We used it this evening and it is by far worse than it was prior to getting repaired. I can only imagine what nightmare of phone calls I will go through tomorrow. But this has been by far the worst experience and I wish I never came here for my washer and dryer.

Everyone at the store was so nice. The cut off time for same day delivery was 2 hours before I went to the store. It was Labor Day weekend so nothing til Tuesday. I am diabetic and had been living out of a cooler for over 2 weeks waiting on our landlord to bring one which never happened. Cesar explained to his manager Jose and they delivered it that day. What a blessed that was. I can’t say enough about the customer service at that location.
