The neighborhood is okay, but the HOA folks make living here a nightmare. Google "VIP Property Management" and look at the one-star reviews which are accurate as well as the poor response from the management company. This community is full of "Karens," with a woman named Donna being the biggest one of them. We made the trek to the east coast of Florida for the move and got in around 1am. Donna was out there at 9am taking pictures of the moving truck trying to say that it violated HOA rules for hanging an inch onto the sidewalk. If you're a new resident, a young person (below 60), a renter, or a pet owner - good luck! You'll be receiving side-eyes and glances of contempt the entire time you live here. The board members will be talking about you in their private FaceBook page and will question your HOA paperwork at the meetings. These people have nothing better to do in retirement than stalk their neighbors. My mail was often delivered to the wrong person and they'll either keep the package or open it, realize it's useless to steal, and then drop the opened package at your door. The icing on the cake is the administrative assistant, April Cuminale. She is incredibly rude and condescending both over e-mail and in person. She claims that their office is not open for walk-ins but refuses to schedule appointments. She claims that they don't have the ability to copy the requested personal documents in the office. She wants all paperwork and money put into a dropbox. When I told her that I was not comfortable putting my personal documents or my money (license, Social Security card, HOA fees) into a dropbox because they get broken into all the time in FL, she responded so rudely because that means that she'd actually have to interact with a human being and do her job. I honestly don't even know what she gets paid to do. Between April Cuminale and Donna & co., living at Regency Club managed under VIP Property Management was the worst year of my life! Do not move here unless you want to be uncomfortable in your own home. I won't even go into detail about the poisonous toads that they refuse to mitigate, the crack in the cement awning by the pool that they didn't even section off for awhile for safety, or the dangerous drivers.

HOA harasses you with all of their ridiculous rules. Pays people to spy on you while you are at home. Sends threatening emails to their residents. The pool is not well kept. Landscaping is included but they do a poor job. Definitely regret moving here. HOA board not willing to help residents, it was a hassle just to get essentials like a gate key and I was given attitude throughout the entire process.

Are you a Karen? Do you love being all up in your neighbors business? Hate dogs? Are you miserable and love to complain? Well this community is perfect for you! I absolutely love all the rules here and don't worry if you forget them. Someone is always watching and ready to remind you. I absolutely love going on a treasure hunt for my packages and deliveries also. You never know which house they'll end up at! Never a dull moment here 🙂 10/10 Recommend

It's really clean and quiet. Everyone is friendly, or at least waves at each other. The gym is well kept and the pools are serviced weekly. I love it here
