David Tomczak at Prime Lending was amazing. First, he came in on a Saturday to help me get pre-approved for a mortgage. Second, his communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Third, he was very responsive whenever I reached out with questions, which was often. He took the time to put things in terms that I could understand and didn't get annoyed with what were probably some basic questions. David was patient and understanding of my personal situation and I always felt like he treated me as a person and not just another borrower. Lastly, I appreciated all of David's help through the entire process. He made sure it was smooth from beginning to end.
