Good prices and friendly staff however not enough staff during peak (and even semi-peak) hours. There's a pretty good choice of clothes/shoes/accessories. It's often difficult to get help and usually a relatively long wait to pay and leave (even when the line for the cash register is short). The procurement system is antiquated! It's worth shopping there because the prices are very reasonable but make sure you set aside enough time. It's unlikely you'll be able to "run in, grab something" and roll out.

I moved here last fall and, for the most part, have been happy. I got a great price and some of my neighbors are kind and welcoming.
However, some neighbors are genuinely mean. While there is "No assigned parking" (per the Rules and Regulations), some neighbors think they can bully newcomers re: parking. I've been threatened with being towed by a neighbor who thinks no one should be allowed to park in any of the 4 spaces in front of their house. And the HOA office has refused to assist me. The office referred me to the Sheriff's Office. Pretty extreme, huh?
I'm staying. I like it here. But if the HOA won't step up, I certainly don't feel good about paying my monthly fee.

I lived here for over 10 years and I wish I'd never even heard of it. The house prices are so low that you can't sell to get out. The heights doesn't care about you one tiny bit unless it's to levy fines for this, that, or the other. When I moved in, the house was valued at 125k. 44k now and that's highly debatable. It should be noted that I put in well over 10k in repairs, appliances, new bathroom, gutters, and a new roof over the laundry room.

Do not purchase a house in this co-op unless you are willing to stay until you die or walk away and leave it to foreclosure.

Terrible place to live. You own nothing--not the house, not the property. You own only a "membership:" that is controlled by a vindictive, unprofessional, money hungry, unreasonable board of directions who don't know what the hell they're doing. Trust is a major issue here. I wish I could move, but they control who can move too, so I'm trapped and poor and the BOD keeps ordering repairs to be made to these units that we senior citizens can not make. DO NOT MOVE HERE. DO NOT.

I have lived here for 5 years and have loved the quiet neighborhood. Living here has given me more financial freedom then living anywhere else in the county. Also the neighborhood is next to my favorite park!

I don’t live here (thankfully), but I have heard of more than one - less than favorable (and illegal) stunts and scams pulled by new ownership.
As with all things in life, be smart and educate yourself.
If something seems too good to be true...
it more than likely is.
Big thumbs down to this place, or more specifically, its owners and management.

I had to check a star in order to say a review however I would give them no stars as of this point I lived in this neighborhood for 20 years and now it has turned to crap where they are just money hungry and finding people left and right for things that are completely absurd such as your bushes are being well properly taken care of or you have a hole in your screen not a large hole a small hole $75 fine if I were you I would take my money and run and buy some where else
