Prices are high, and that knocks a star off. BUT, the selection is awesome and the staff is BEYOND AWESOME, which gives it back. I worked with Jack Adams and I've gotta tell you, this man is an incredible wealth of information and extremely helpful. My lady got lessons for Yuri Barclay, and absolutely loved it. If you like golf or tennis, go here.

Had an iron and driver fitting with James (Jim) today and he was a ton of help. He asked which brands I liked, let me try multiple different clubs, was super nice/helpful and was not pushy at all. James has years of knowledge and answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend to get a studio fitting with him!

I came in to quickly buy a driver as a I had a round coming up the next day and needed a new one. I asked an associate if I could hit a couple of their drivers and he said yes, we grabbed the driver I was most interested in. He set up the hitting bay and I took a few swings. I wanted to try another driver and all of the employees were too busy chatting amongst themselves to pay any attention to me, the customer. I grabbed myself another driver and once I returned to the hitting bay to try it out, the bay had timed out and my hitting was over. I had come in to buy a $600+ driver and left with a $250 one, last year’s model, purely out of my time crunch situation.

It is apparent these employees are NOT paid commission, but they should be. Maybe then they would give a dang about the customers inside of their store. (By the way, when I was there, there were more employees than customers in the store.)

Extremely disappointed with this store being over an hour drive from my house, I had high hopes for there to be no problems with “new” products from this store, this is clearly not the case, ended up buying a “new” 500+ dollar range finder for Christmas and thought nothing about it until it was opened and turned out to have very visible scratches across the rangefinder, this is unacceptable for a “new” product no less a 500 dollar new product to end up being covered in scratches. Will not be returning

I had a great experience at the pga tour superstore and Devin was a huge part of it! He was really helpful and really knew his stuff when it came to recommending the right clubs for me. (ended up going with the qi10 MAX that baby is forgiving) . The hitting bays were a big bonus I loved being able to test out the clubs before buying as well as having devin there to tell me what the numbers meant. Thanks to Devin, I left with exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back! Also Kenya one of the cashiers was very nice and helpful as well.

Raegan (sp?) was absolutely amazing from the seocnd we walked in. We knew the end result we wanted, but were unsure of how to go about it / the right steps to follow and he was so kind, patient and encouraging. However, all the other young men there (A taller man with a cross on his right forearm and another taller man wearing an apron and glasses with black arms and clear frames) all seemed very frustrated we were there / had questions/ and wanted services provided versus just shopping for an item. We received a lot of huffing and puffing and eye rolls as well as walking away from us to talk about us with their friends and then coming back with a fake smile. I do beleive this team of young men would benefit from older management being scheduled at all hours to supervise their natural reactions rather than leaving them unattended for a morning rush on Saturdays causing them to feel overwhelmed. All that to say, Raegan (SP?) thank you for hanging in there with us and saving the experience.

I stopped by today to snag a hat. For most people, finding a hat is an easy process, however I wear a size 8 fitted hat so most hats look ridiculous on my head. While I was trying on nearly every hat on the racks, an employee named Kelly asked me if I needed help and pointed me in the direction for the XL hats. I found several and wanted an honest opinion, so I did a 6 hat fashion show and Kelly helped me pick one out that fit my head best. I appreciated her honesty and help! Tough to find good people that care these days. Thank you, Kelly!
