If they manage your HOA like they manage mine good luck. They’re awful. I’ve received several fines with no notice it just shows up on the bill. And you have to do the leg work to get an explanation. This company is a parasite.

If there is ZEROOO rating, this will be the best rating for this so-called P&G ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT teamed up with TITAN TOWING, towing cars in our community without proper communications. They are just very low life HOA company that are getting money from hard-working people for what? Money!!!

Terrible company. Rip off. Never see a landscaper. The streets are filthy. Gate always broken. Made us change parking permits from the ones we had when we moved in for no apparent reason and they want to tows cars with out it. They have to be doing something shady with the money that we pay 146 dollars a month. Just ridiculous I’d like to see the account records to see where our money is going because some thing fishy is going on here.

Not a good company. Big disconnect between how they portray themselves on their company site and how they conduct business. They're incompetent. They'll retaliate against a homeowner for reporting association violations to management and/or the board. Not petty complaints either. The kind of complaints that left unaddressed will eventually become a hazard. And it did. They're obstructive. Even unresponsive. Untruthful at times. They'll make baseless assertions against homeowners reporting violations in their email response. Unprofessional as well. One particular association manager likes to act out (gaslight). Be careful because they'll request documentation from the homeowner that they have no business asking for.
