I'm experiencing the same issues that other home owners are reporting on here.
It's extremely hard to get in touch with someone. Nobody can tell me over the phone what my HOA dues pay for; my neighborhood does not have a park, playground, or pool of any sorts... There isn't any way to set up autopay, there are hefty online convenience fees, there are no reminders via mail or email for the quarterly fee EXCEPT months after it's due with a huge late fee that's described as "Admin Fee" (why the weird wording?). Their website totes about 24/7 contact and that cannot be further from the truth.
They make it almost impossible to pay for HOA fees without the "booklets" they mailed out (which some of us haven't received...), so we have to pay that excessive online convenience fee.
They make it almost impossible to get a response.
VERY INEFFICENT AND SNEAKY COMPANY.

I called about weeds and the next day they were gone. Have always gotten someone on the phone when I call, and always responsive. I would do 5, but only with proactive actions implemented... No need to call about 6 foot weeds, just get them done without a call

Terrible Management Company. Wouldn't send HOA Due reminders, but can sure send you past due notices, only to extort more money from you and even refuse to accept payment. They just threaten you with an attorney..

Administrator Erika bravo, does not take my concerns seriously. I am unable to get in touch with her via email or phone calls unless I reach out to her supervisor. I am very disappointed in her professionalism..
