Nosotros tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable con la señorita Diana Chavira 😊 que aún que no era su trabajo ayudarnos puesto que no era su departamento ; no era con ella con quien deberíamos tratar nuestros problema/pero en cuanto nos la presentaron para que nos interpretara desde ese momento fue muy muy amable con nosotros Diana Chavira nosotros estamos muy agradecidos con ella 😄por que todo fue a través de ella y siempre atenta a mis gmail que si nos a probaron el permiso para instalar el Garaje en el patio

I had a situation with an old residence that I no longer owned but continued to I get keypad dials from front entrance of the lofts. I finally found out that the lofts had a new HOA and it was PAMco. What a relief. I soon after spoke to Kelly Kilpatrick and she researched who the security company was and connected me to the tech who services the account. The tech quickly fixed a 5 year problem and I feel that Kelly went above and beyond her call of duty because I was not her customer. Thank you Kelly & PAMco!! Every employer hopes to have employees that have the care and follow-up that Kelly displayed.

If you want to have your community managed by a company that does not care about you, PAMCO is who you should hire!!! Hands down! New home owners will experience a complete lack of maintenance on their end. Our community pool is a disgusting swamp and now needs extensive repairs due to lack of maintenance on their end. Landscaping is non existent. Overgrown weeds will restrict your morning walk to the mailbox. Want to take your kids to the playground? Hope they brought their swimsuits and floaties because it’s always flooded just like the pool they always wanted. They will also spring on you that your community is 300k in debt with no warning. What’s not to love! Your HOA board will likely be made up of all of their buddies companies who are grossly overcharging you for services (especially if your developer still controls the board and homeowners aren’t allowed to sit on it).

If you email about issues, you might as well talk to one of the many dead trees their buddies planted throughout your community and charged residents astronomical amounts for. If you can’t get answers via email feel free to reach out to their office in a phone call where they will redirect you to the same email address that has never responded to a single resident. There is some hope that you might get a response if you follow up EVERY SINGLE DAY.

There will be zero communication from PAMCO to the community ever. No quarterly, monthly updates, etc. unless they decide to raise your dues from $75 quarterly to $180 quarterly. You need to borderline harass them to get a word out of them on the status of anything.

If you love all of the above mentioned things, PLEASE hire PAMCO to manage your community to so it can be just as beautiful and pleasant as ours. 😍

Horrible company. Violations and harrassment since my first week of moving in. Jason Yepma lied to me on the phone and was rude because they failed to do their job and prove me the rules and regulations. Now lying on my family claiming I have a dog(s) outside barking all night. Keep in mind it's freezing outside. And my children only have a 10 month old puppy. I am the only single parent black family on my block. Which causes great concerns and now I fear for my children. As a disabled veteran returning from three Iraqi wars I and disheartened that we could be treated this way for no reason. I am taking legal action.

Worst HOA I've encountered and that says a lot. Our monthly fees were just almost tripled and yet we aren't getting anything in addition. They are paying an ungodly amount of money on landscaping and padding the pockets of a board member while providing this level of service. I can't walk to my own mailbox without fear of running into a snake or getting tetanus from all of the trash left everywhere. Please do not consider this company and don't move into a neighborhood that uses them.

This company has without base for 5 weeks straight assessed fines to my account without any support or documentation. I have taken pictures as support to show we are not keeping trash cans out for more than 12 hours but they continue assessing fines to my account. They are unethical and HOA's should stay away from contracting with this company. They harass hard working middle class homeowners.

Called to understand the HOA rule in question, the representative at PAMco said the opposite of what the rule explicitly stated.

Rule 2.24 states that residents cannot have an inoperable vehicle in the driveway. The representative said that residents cannot have an operable vehicle in the driveway.

It appears PAMco is not honest when applying HOA rules to residents.

I requested a hearing to understand PAMco’s interpretation of the rule. This is ridiculous. Stay tuned…

Overzealous HOA with zero common sense. Even though we had severe rain and I am in my sixties they send a violation that my yard was not perfect. Unbelievable. Maybe they need to be reported.
