Tried flying with my service animal of 5 years and not only was I denied but blacklisted. This is a new form requiring training name despite ADA not having official training requirements. I mistakenly put my doctor’s name rather than the trainers name because I have never been asked this before and of coursed they called and the doctor does not train animals. I called to explain this and provided proof and still got denied. The airline also did not do anything. After 5 year flying and filling out the DOT for I had never had this happened before and definitely will seek punitive action since this is exacerbating more my current condition my Service Animal is aiding to treat.

I just wanted to share my experience with ODO. Today was a very stressful day finding out I had some paperwork that had errors on it for my upcoming trip with my SD. However, when calling ODO and speaking with the representative Jackie she went above and beyond to get my paperwork issues cleared up and everything running smoothly again.

It's upsetting and stressful enough at times being a person with a disability and not understanding why certain things are happening and what is needed for them to be corrected. As well as adding into it that my trip was all booked and paid for with the clock running out to make any cancellations or changes. Jackie, helped me a long and fixed my issues within minutes talking me through everything and explaining it. It's always refreshing when you meet someone like Jackie, who showed understanding, consideration, respect and compassion to me. Everyone in this world should treat each other this way with or without a disability.

TOTAL VIOLATION OF ADA ... GET YOUR LAWYER!

As a former Manager at jetBlue Airways with over 14 years in the industry, I have never worked with such rude, arrogant, incompetent and disrespectful customer service representatives in my life. I suffer from Panic Attacks and PTSD and was having trouble filling out the forms online to fly, so I called them numerous times to correct the information. Now granted, I was answering the questions wrong online for his training, like PetSmart where he had obedient training, my own psychiatrist, and a center I was referred to, but at the end of the day, I called for help and was made to feel like a lying criminal ... They flagged my account as fraudulent, restricting me from flying with my Service Animal 'GURU' on jetBlue, Alaska, Allegiant & Sun Country. I have escalated this via their email, no response. I have called for their Manager, and Katie basically supported her Staff and was supposed to get back to me with their CEO. Shameka needs to go back to training 101. Her "boss" that was an "Acting Supervisor" the day when I asked to be escalated was a floor friend named Michael who played a good Supervisor for TV maybe, but they were all in cahoots and I obviously got nowhere. This is unacceptable as I am flying on Monday with jetBlue. Do yourselves a favor and make sure that if you trained your own dog, you are specific about it or you too may end up in a situation like this. They were saying I was lying on a Federal Form, etc ... Excuse you?!!?! Horrible!!!!!! Eric Lipp has yet to call me from Katies request.

Honestly, their customer service is unmatched. I had an issue with my service Animal travel documents right before my flight and I was mid-crisis and they went above and beyond to try and assist me. Crisis averted. Before this issue, they were very resourceful in getting my documents approved. They are very kind here. Rocket and I appreciate everything. Thank you!!
