First time shopping here 10x better than the Austell location and have better inventory from the latest brands. Store can get busy and crowed but the staff was nice, only thing I don’t like is if you gone sell the item for more than what the store and what you probably gave the customer for remove the price tag. But overall great experience most items I seen range between $3.50 and 9.00 shoes was ranging between $10-$30

Lately, my shopping experience at the Chapel Hill Douglasville location has been disappointing. The shoes are poorly organized, making it difficult to find what you’re looking for. The prices on the clothes are surprisingly high—often higher than what you’d pay at stores like Marshalls or Ross for new name-brand items. Compared to other locations, this store’s prices are significantly higher, but the quality doesn’t reflect that. It’s been a letdown overall.

Rude staff!!!,The,staff working there right now Tuesday, October 29th 2024, at 12:50pm should be fired. I watched them ignore customers and they have no manners, I didn’t even get a hello at checkout. It’s honestly ridiculous. These ladies should not be working in customer service, yes some jobs are stressful but being rude isn’t the answer, seek other employment ladies.

Great experience purchasing clothing for my boy toddler here. I've been able to find shorts, pants, long sleeve shirts, and pjs for a fraction of the price it big name retail stores. I've recommended this location to many friends.

Last year was my first time coming to this store. Friendly staff and great customer service. Even went back several times and sold items receiving an extremely fair amount. The items that I always take to them have always been name brand, clean, all buttons zippers etc work, no stains rips or signs of wear!!! Ever. 😀 and always have 10+ items with tags still attached. I get some items still aren’t in demand - due to size, color, style etc! However, the last 2 times I have gone (March & June 2024) with 3-4 Rubbermaid bins ~~ they only choose 2-3 items and always have the excuse of we don’t accept items with stains or out of style. We can offer you some insulting $$ amount. They never show you what they decided to buy && ALWAYS LEAVE ALL ITEMS UNFOLDED AND THROWN BACK INTO THE BINS!!! Yet we are expected to have everything clean, folded, organized, fresh smelling, all buttons zippers etc attached/working, ETC!!!
I am done with there double standards and lack of any type of etiquette for the position they chose to be in!!!!

I had taken a full bin of baby clothes most winter just for them to take ONE outfit and say they weren’t accepting bodysuits/winter clothes. I opened the bin in the car to find all of the clothes in the same position I left them in. I recently looked at their instagram just for it to say they’re looking for winter clothes! How does that make any sense!? It is a waste of time trying to sell here. Don’t do it!
