This place is horrible. Not only is this business incredibly unsafe but the management treats their employees and customers horribly on what i assume they think is justified, however ever the reality of it is just the management tasted an ounce of power and now is on a massive power trip. Also from what I've personally witnessed it doesn't seem like they want the customers or employees to have a safe place to exit the building in cases of emergency

This place is horrible even the customer service. I bought a stroller. When I finally put my baby in the stroller the wheel came off not once but multiple times. I called right away about it to explain the situation one of the young ladies told me to bring it back up there. Which I did when I got there the assistant manager ask if I had the receipt no I didn’t so she told me I can show proof that I purchased it from there. I’m like I paid with my card I can show you the transaction which has the date and the location of the store. She told me she can’t take that didn’t even try to come from behind the register to even look at the stroller. They are very lazy never know anything when you asking about a product. I would not waste my time ever going back to that place it’s a disgrace and I will be calling Coporate. That’s dangerous and they should inspect products before they are put on the floor for sale.

They sold me a bath seat 3 months ago, I came to drop off the bath seat and they told me they don’t take any “water toys”. You guys literally sold me this bath seat, and I saw three other ones that were the exact same as the one I had sitting on the back shelf. As soon as you walk in, turn right, and you’ll see all the bath stuff they have. Every time I drop off NAME BRAND clothes, you give me $4-$10 for BAGS full of stuff. One time you guys told me to re wash everything before selling. Which is ridiculous because they were already clean. This place is a waste of time and money. Better off going to goodwill or another location. The workers here are VERY rude too. They always have a bad attitude as soon as you walk in and if you try to ask them a question, they talk down to you and make you feel uncomfortable for even asking. The store is also messy and very hard to find anything. It’s way too cluttered. The workers have to try and get around so many bins behind the registers and it’s just a big mess. If I could give 0 stars I would. But unfortunately I’ve had enough negative experiences here and to leave a review I have to leave at least one star. I definitely won’t be back here, and neither will a bunch of moms I know due to similar awful experiences.

I dropped off 2 full of large container of clothes and I sent my son to get it the same day but they said store policy I have to get it since I dropped it off but I told them I left for canada for work for the weekend already and still wouldn't release my unsold clothes and they said I shouldn't have read the policy , I told them my son was w me when I dropped it off a you guys didn't mentioned anything all they said is we will text you once it's ready. They gave me $7 for clothes they wanted and they said they already donated the rest of the clothes to charity and I asked for by bins at least they said all gone too. My bins cost more than the $7 I told them then I there was several under armour jackets in there too. Never going back here anymore the store gets worst every year. I rather donate it directly than try to sell it 1st here.

I dropped off so many many item's yesterday afternoon, that included bags and totes. They explained they were running behind but was surprising done in les than two hours. When I went to pick my things up they pretty much gave 95% of it back. I seen there were at lease two pairs of shoes that were very lightly used given back, Nikes and polo boots. I asked why they didn't take them and they then accepted them for maybe $7 lol. Point is I don't believe they went through all of the items, one by one. There's no way they did. I will never take this long drive from the city again. Waste of time. These are pictures of items that were buried in my tote that they denied. I did speak with the manager Maggie and she was very kind but that team is lazy.

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service here is the worst it’s like they are dismissive in a snooty way You walk in and have the instinct to walk to the counter but you have to sign in every time just to drop off clothes.. toys or whatever you want to donate.. a lot of people might not know that so it’s time consuming I expected to be in and out I saw one associate that explained the whole process to me. No one else cared to direct.
Secondly I brung in name brand clothes my son has old navy cat and Jack Nike Levi polo etc, they picked through the entire bag and only took 2 things and gave me $3?.. atleast let me get gas money to get back home.. then another $2 for the Levi track jacket?. What a scam! And a waste of time I took a good look through that store and saw “gently used” items looking like someone ran them over in the street and priced well over $10? then also I brung a ingenuity swing set with charger the lady instantly asked me where was the cord , as if she was ready to say she wasn’t gonna take it ?she was waiting on me to say I didn’t have it☠️ just usual wear and tear it still had the plastic on it she said she couldn’t take it in the condition it was in because of a milk stain that won’t come out ?meanwhile theres swing sets on the floor that have scuff marks look like they’ve been thrown against the ground a few times just in the worst condition. Once upon a child needs rebranding I can’t see this lasting long
