Stylish Townhomes in Valrico, Fl. when entering the community it is welcoming with attractive landscape and is surrounded by beautiful oak trees that begins the tranquil beauty of the community. The townhomes and landscape are a testament to quality and maintenance free living. The beautiful palm trees and colorful landscape that surround the pool will make you will feel you are right at home.

Fantastic neighborhood, neighborhood are nice, pool is nice, and the houses are nice.
The problem lies with the HOA. The institution that governs this neighborhood fringes upon the rights that should be inherited when the title of “homeowner” is finally earned. I don’t mind HOA’s usually. They can increase property value, handle disputes, and can provide unique services such as a pool or a park. The problem I have had is the complete, part of my french, retardation of the parking system. I have no problem with the rule about street parking (of which you cannot park at night), but the enforcement of such rule is borderline crazy. First time offenders of their parking rules constitutes a visit to a tow-lot and a pretty substantial bill. I personally haven’t had this happen however I do know neighborhoods that have had absolutely horrendous experiences with retrieving their cars.
Therefore I would not recommend living here unless you do not have kids as the parking situation is not helped by small drive ways and guest parking which cannot be used. Also if you work for the HOA and for whatever reason are reading this please genially reconsider your rules and enforcement of such rules also outside of parking.

I've owned my home here since it was built in 2007 as one of the first 20 or so residents. Based on the reviews it sounds like a lot of people here don't like to follow the rules they agreed to when purchasing their homes. Or they are renters and either didn't get the rules from the home owner as they are supposed to, or don't care to follow them. As for the towing comments it has been this way since day 1 even before the newer section was even started. I had a visitor's car towed when it was parked in a vacant lot a year before the construction even started. Guess what? Learned a $200 lesson and never parked incorrectly again.
Slandering the HOA people and calling them out by name in a public forum is not cool. Hopefully the transition to a new board works out for all of us. But also hope that the rules are still enforced as they should be. Don't like the rules? Move or be a productive member of the neighborhood and help to make change.

This is the place for you if like car towing views, love seeing tow trucks patrol the neighborhood waiting for midnight to strike so they can tow your car with HOA permission. This is the neighborhood for you and your family if you like spending a Saturday night making phone calls to the Sheriffs office trying to find out where your car has been towed to then spending the rest of you Saturday night and early morning Sunday in a dirty tow truck lot trying to get your car out so you can go to work Monday morning. This is the place for you love giving money away to strangers to move your car 10 miles away from your home, love calling the Sheriffs office and like driving around tampa looking for your car. 'Oakwood Terrace, a tow truck heaven'

You do not want to be here! The townhouse are beautiful but the people that think the own them are too much the lady name Tamara stalks your house and always sent you complain and makes your life a living hell!!! Not recommend this place to be with your family, she is a witch and will be at your house every day !!!

My friend lives here and I cant even visit her as I would like .The hoa president named Tamara has harrassed my son and his friends when they are playing ! She stalked my friends home while we were talking outside several times!Making it extremly uncomfortable !This has happened on several occasions sadly I now facetime her to check on her .
