The most incompetent place I ever encountered. Requested a document and received it with my name misspelled and wrong date of hire. Date is not even off by few days, it is off by several years. Also the end date is not written and says present when I left long time ago. Really? Are you kidding me? The supposed to be an official document has incorrect information which is now useless and I have to reach out to them to correct the mistake, but they don't even have a direct phone number to call.

The organization is so disorganized. I call to ask for a record of diagnosis of disability for my brother but according to the representative they say the wait after I submit a elongated letter is almost a year. I never sent the letter.
I sent in a letter for me regarding my own disability and it has been three years and I haven't seen anything. You also have to get it motorized too. You could be waiting forever for somebody or you take ten minutes. But I suggest you talk to your school or welcome center because these people can shuffle papers for all I care.

Since May 21 2024 I have called sent emails and follow up emails for a letter stated I went to school, in New York so I can get my passport. It's now July 3rd and still nothing. Doesn't matter who you talk to, it's just a run around.

Beyond terrible employee phone service. The hold to speak with someone is minimum 2 hours and sometimes the line just cuts off before speaking with anyone. No staff should be waiting that long to speak with anyone especially if it’s something regarding your work that you can’t find on the website. They need to do better.

The impartial hearing order implementation unit is a great example of taxpayers money gone to waste. Try giving them a call right now, I can guarantee you that no one will ever pick up or return your calls. I've tried for the past few months in resolving several issues with them. This department does not care about students or your child. The amount of lawsuits this department faces also shows they simply do not care. Payouts that are again a waste of tax payers money. I'm not sure what connections they have to the NYCs law department but they have yet to face any repercussions for failing to perform even the simplest of their duties. They need to be thoroughly investigated for not only failing the students of NYC in need of help but also wasting the tax payers money. Who is allowing these people to just lounge around with their thumb up their aƨƨes? It shocks me how these people sleep at night, absolutely disgusting subhuman behavior.
