Absolutely horrible experience! Seems to be Hayden's MO to completely ghost his clients! Not only did he completely disappear, never responding to numerous emails and calls, he never completed my returns, which he said he was working on. IRS says they have never received my return and Hayden won't respond!

Hayden and his team are the best. As a brand new business owner coming from the W-2 world, I'll admit I needed a little hand holding through the first few months of self employment.
Hayden makes me feel like his only client whereas some of the other places I tried I could tell I was pushed aside sometimes to deal with bigger/more established clients with higher billings.
