The ROA is horrible. Lived here for 5 years. Very difficult to get in touch with them. Once you get in touch with them, they don’t know what they are doing and very clueless. From my experience, they are very quick to charge you anything they can. If you don’t put your trash bins back right away the next day after trash day they are very quick to give you a warning and a fine. I was still getting charged ROA fees after i sold and closed my property more than a month back. Called them to inquire and Denise that i spoke to was very rude. Instead of apologizing, she was straight forward rude. They need to improve on their customer service.

Do not move to DuPont! Quadrant Homes used inferior building materials and does not stand behind their work. Our vinyl siding, along with several others on our block, is melting due to heat reflected from low-e windows from adjacent homes. The roofing is supposedly warrantied for 25 years, but many people are having to replace it after less than 10 years. The ROA is only interested in collecting dues and issuing letters about lawn maintenance; they, as well as the city have refused to assist homeowners facing thousands of dollars in repairs. Stay away!

This association is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I tried making payments over and over and over again and it failed. Finally I just went in person to pay... Six weeks later they hit me up "Hey you're payment didn't go through" -- They input my card number incorrectly and it took them over a month to figure it out. So, next time I'm dreading having to deal with them so I put it off a bit... Now, when I went to pay --check the genius of this out-- I have a balance on my account... So, they won't accept payments on the account! Because it has a balance. Genius. So, if you like you're HOA to be completely useless and incompetent to boot then by all means move to freaking Dupont.

The worst. Do not under any circumstances move to this neighborhood. It's worse than you can ever imagine. Ask residents yourself how bad it is. Call and speak with the complete, rude, beyatches named Denise and Emily. They are the rudest, dumbest people on the planet. Don't even get me started about the pervert Larry they employ. Their own law firm QUIT THEM! That's how horrific it is. Don't walk away from this nightmare, RUN! And run fast. And don't you ever look back.

One of the best cities I’ve ever lived in. The community here is amazing and everyone is super friendly and helpful. The whole area is full of wonderful parks and really nice trails.
