Amazing Family Community! From the moment you get to the gate, the security is warm friendly and very professional. The community is clean and quiet. It's situated next to a blue ribbon school. The association puts together amazing events that are complimentary and are fun even for singles. I cannot say enough good things about this community! It truly does make Irvine the best place to live!

It is a very nice community. The landscape and houses are taken care of. The people are friendly 😁😊. Should you move in or live there, you might like looking into the Tai chi next to the office in the mornings 8:00 a.m., very nice people and it's fun to learn.

Very poor management. They're bullies, bullying property owners of nonsense policies. There's no rationale to any of these policies. STOP POLICING US! Especially when we are the ones paying mortgage. What right do you all have to bully us day in and day out

Whomever was working your gate on Portola on Saturday June 29 at 6pm should be dismissed. Not only was he exceedingly unhelpful in getting ahold of the home owner but he was outrageously rude in telling me to “get out of my (his) line cause your blocking other people”. The homeowner called seconds after this jerk told me to leave. This young boy acted as though he’s protecting the White House rather than serving at the request of the homeowners. His attitude and demeanor have no place in any customer service role.

We visited for a birthday party. The pool facilities were clean and the neighborhood guard at the gated entrance was very friendly. The family had a great time. Homes are large and clean and the neighborhood is well kept.

I lived here for about three to four years. There are many different facilities and things to do like 5 swimming pools, a couple basketball courts and 3 tennis courts. I enjoyed the time i lived here.

Not a fan of this place. Drivers often not paying attention in parking lot, spotty free WiFi that is as good as not having service. The local shops are quite nice though, if you can put up with the negatives.
