Great organization! I have had no issues getting vouchers, and I can't complain about free! This is an excellent organization more students should know about to further their education. I was guaranteed admission to Purdue University and now have high hopes of entering college as a sophomore due to the help of Modern States.

I cannot thank you Modern States Education Alliance enough! I needed to take a course to get accepted into a program and was quoted $792. I currently do not have the means to pay that and had it not been for this foundation, it would have been a dead end for me. The work that Modern States does by providing the tools to test out of basic courses is really life changing. I was able to test out of 6 credits from CLEP using their voucher which has literally saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you Modern States!!!

This is a great organization to earn college credit for free. I've used them for two exams now, went through their classes, requested the voucher, and I had it in my inbox a day or two later. After the tests I submitted my testing center fee receipt and they send you a check for that. It can take a bit if you take your test at the beginning of the month because I think they only send out those checks at the end of each month. I will continue to utilize this resource for free credits.

I accidentally came across the Modern States website back in 2018. I did not know who they were and why they offered to help folks like me. But they appeared legitimate and I gave it a shot. In any event, I took their courses in summer of 2018 and passed four exams! These four exams earned me 18 credits, which helped me graduate on time. This organization is for real! Their instructors may not be the best instructors in the world, but they are good enough to get you through. The rest is on you.

I'd highly recommend this site for anyone studying for the CLEP exams, and hope more students discover this method of attaining credit so they can save money and time spent on college.

My high school senior is locked out of his account. We e-mailed, since they have no phone number. The e-mail said they did an update and he should check his junk mail for directions and use a private tab on his webpage. There has been no other e-mail contact and there are no e-mails from this company in his "junk" folder. Been asking for help for 1 week. Our school district even e-mailed the contact person in our contract and no response. This company is junk. Ive been reading reviews and people have been reporting problems at least since 2017- and one person trying to get a response for 3 months, why are they still in business? We will be reporting Modern States to the BBB. If I could give zero stars I would do so.

In addition to the free course from Modern States, I was given a test voucher and passed the Western Civilization I CLEP test. Signing up was really easy, as was selecting a course and completing all of the material.
