I am posting on behalf of my nephew.

I have nothing positive to say about Mr. Marks. He no called, no showed my disabled nephew, after agreeing to an appointment. When my nephew tried to call him, he didn’t respond to the voicemail, nor the text. Even if you can’t commit to an appointment, at least give the person the courtesy of knowing this, so they don’t have to wait up for hours. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Quick, efficient, professional service. Malcolm was at my house with in 30 minutes of making the call/appointment. Altogether the service took roughly 10 minutes to complete and he was out the door. Definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.
