We happily settled into this apartment for approximately 6 weeks while my husband received treatments at MD Anderson. He only asked for 2 things-a comfortable recliner and a big TV! Any need we had was met quickly-for example: my husband also wanted a programmable coffee maker…and it came to be. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, and the kitchen was well stocked. We had plenty of room, and it was decorated with up-to-date furnishings. Last, it was located in a gated community about a mile from the hospital in a very secure and beautiful neighborhood. I loved walking in the shade of the live oaks and looking at the architecture of the homes in the area. If you’re looking for a place to rent short term, you’d be happy with this apartment.

We stayed almost 3 months while having treatment at MD Anderson. It was a great home away from home. It is a spacious apartment with a nice kitchen. The outside porch was a nice area to enjoy fresh air. The staff was responsive to our needs.

Kathy has been a pleasure to work with and very accommodating of ever changing schedules. The places are always clean and well appointed. Access is easy and checkout is a breeze. I would highly recommend anyone visiting MD Anderson to call Kathy and have her set you up with one of their many luxury apartments.

Adam and Kathy were such a delight to work with. I submitted a request for housing and Kathy reached out to me within the hour. She hopped on the phone with me to discuss what we were looking for, what’s the most important criteria and provided me with a number of great options! The apartment was very clean and convenient to the medical center. It was fully furnished with almost everything needed for an extended stay. We appreciated the covered and secure parking. The apt complex was quiet. The surrounding neighborhoods were very nice, including a neighborhood park. We felt very safe walking throughout the area. The metro was just a 10 minute walk and quickly took you to the museum, downtown and zoo districts. We had a few issues with one bathroom’s fixtures and dishwasher but the property management helped to resolve these issues quickly. The maintenance staff were very polite and expeditious. If those had not occurred, the rating would have been a 5 star rather than the 4.5 stars I rated our experience. We would use this accommodation again if needed.

While I did not get the opportunity to stay in the apartment I was so grateful to work with Adam in seeing if they could accommodate our need for a 2 week short term rental after my brother's stem cell transplant. The apartment seemed perfect for our needs but when my brother's hospital discharged was moved up, a unit was not available for the time frame we needed. Adam went out of his way to see if he could get us a place. I'm so grateful for him! I totally recommend Medical Accommodations and appreciate their compassion and going the extra mile to help us.

Medical Accommodations is truly God sent. The team is super responsive and gets infinite stars in hospitality. They make it as easy as possible to house you and when scheduling changes happen, they do what they can to take care of you. The apartments are well stocked with the comforts of home, the beds are comfortable, the electric recliner in all apartments is magical. My father has insomnia and spends most of his nights on the recliner. I can go on about them but I’m sure most have stopped reading at this point. I’ll definitely continue to stay with Medical Accommodations.

Adam and his team were very responsive in providing a 2 bedroom apartment for a months stay near MDA. The apartment was as advertised and at a very competitive rate even though timing with the Rodeo finals at NRG Park throughout the area limited options. Kathy was also very responsive in helping us to meet our needs during our stay. Circumstances warranted we cut our stay significantly short and Adam was instrumental in re-renting the apartment for us. I would definitely recommend Medical Accommodations.
