The "Arrivals" security is the laziest and careless in the industry. I fly in/out of MCO once a week and the security lets the Arrivals pick-up become a parking lot. They don't tell people to move. 3/10/2024 I witnessed an elderly lady walking across the 2 pick-up lanes and into the drive-by lanes to get to her family, and she almost got hit by another vehicle. All because her family couldn't pull in. All right in front of security. Safety concern and lazy employees.

Absolutely the most confusing and poorly organized airport I have ever been in. Security was a mess, the signs are so confusing, and it is extremely easy to take a wrong turn and make a error that will cost you precious time. I’ll always avoid this airport from now on

Security was fast and efficient. Employees were friendly. Terminal A needs an update. The chairs are black from wear and tear. The only place to charge a phone is one charging station. It has probably 12 outlets in it and all of them were being used. Restaurant options are limited so long wait times . Bathroom stalls are limited. Honestly the worst airport I’ve ever visited and I’ve flown hundred’s of times. The airport has terrible signage and very confusing layout.

It was comfortable but the people in the airport wasn't always kind and some of them were very unkind. Also, it seems that it doesn't have a lot of staff at night so it's hard to get information about your flight.

Pretty well run, but there are thousands of people who have never flown before on their first big vacation with the whole family so things move slow sometimes. We got through security in 20 mins.
I wish they could turn the AC down below 78 because it is toasty in here..

The most confusing and poorly designed airport I have ever had the disservice of needing to use. Car accident prone. Airport "security" cops are absolutely irrational and will try to force people to move their vehicle during pickup at arriving flights, even if there is no traffic and the person being picked up is actively walking up to the car.

Orlando airport is among the best in the nation. It's just filled with idiots. The problem with MCO is that it is the hub for average American families and internationals who seem to have never flown before. They will ALWAYS get in the wrong lines (TSAPre ✔️, bag drop off, boarding) and many will be exhausted from the sun and dragging children through the parks.

It's a shame because the airport itself is very attractive and well streamlined and has some good restaurants and bars. But the endless frustration of the travelers translates to frustrated staff or indifferent staff. That's sad.

If course for those with proper precheck and travel experience, it can be an enjoyable place. The beginning and end of many, many wonderful memories for me.

Easy access to Southwest Airlines Avelo Air with a central food court to enjoy all types of food choices, it was morning and most were open and were fast! When at the airport!
