My wife and I are glad we called McCoy. The process, starting with Bob's estimate, through the work headed by Mark and Bradd, is first rate. Our wall had significant deflection and the outside drain tiles needed replacing. The attached photos show the progress from the day they arrived, through the trenching to the installation of the beams on two walls of our basement. Importantly, the crew was comprised of true professionals, guys who took their work seriously, were efficient, knowledgeable and respectful to my wife and myself. We wholeheartedly recommend McCoy's work and are glad we chose them. Yes, the price was fair!

We noticed a crack forming between some of the concrete blocks on one wall of our basement and thought it would be wise to hire someone to repair this before it got worse. As many people do we spoke to neighbors who we knew had this kind of work done. Then we remembered more than 30-years ago we had McCoy Contractors repair a different wall for us and gave them a call. We immediately felt confident when one of their Estimators reviewed our situation and helped us understand what we were dealing with, and that we "caught-it" at an early stage of concern.
A proposal was presented to us. One of the key points in the proposal was that because this wall was in a section of our basement that had been remodeled for my business office and an exercise room, several other contractors would be involved (an Engineer, dry wall, plumbing, and heating) and the McCoy Project Manager would coordinate them so we had a complete team of experts to complete the project.
I happy report we are Totally Happy with the results of the project.
The McCoy team members were impressive in the way they kept us informed each step of the way as well their workmanship.
We strongly recommend McCoy Contractors to any one who has a basement project.

My basement had some water in two corners when it rained hard and had some movement in those walls as well. McCoy did what a previous contractor should have done eight years ago. The job was explained to me well helping me to understand what was wrong and why as well as how it would get fixed so that it would no longer be a problem. I appreciate an honest contractor who starts the job when expected and cleans up when finished. I would definitely recommend McCoy Contractors!

Mccoy just finished a job at my mother in laws house. Week-long project involving exterior excavation, waterproofing, new drain tile. Interior involved trenching along entire basement walls, new drain tile, weep holes, support beams along 2 walls. Checked it out on a daily basis, was pleased the entire time with their attention to detail. From initial prep to cleanup, and stopping back again to touch up some backfill, Brad and Pablo and the rest of the crew did a wonderful job

McCoy just finished adding drain tile around my crawl space 3 walls. They went above and beyond when figuring out the best plan to work around what landscaping they could. Communication was great. Job was on time. All workers were friendly and helpful. Very impressed with the job. I would hire again, fingers crossed that I don't need to hire any foundation help again though.
