Food was incredible. I got the double bacon cheeseburger and my son got the New York strip steak. Excellent!! Staff was great as well.

This was our first time at Mad Jax, but there was no disappointment. The restaurant came highly recommended to me from a person in a neighboring town. The food was served hot and fresh and was to us in a reasonable amount of time. While we were waiting we got to know our server a little better. She was quite personable and her customer service was spot on. I will definitely be going back there and will take family and friends when they are here visiting. Oh and by the way when we were leaving there were people lined up for tables. You are better off going for an early dinner. You know it’s a good restaurant when folks are willing to wait to eat.

My mom and I were passing through this area to drop something off and decided to stop and eat . The food was fresh, hot and really good . Our waitress was sweet and very welcoming . This is an hour from my home however we will return . The waitress advised this is family owned and the way it got its name and the family works here as well . Makes it even better and beats a chain restaurant any time

My son and I went in last night. We were told it would be about 20 minutes witch wasn't a problem. The young lady working to door was doing her best. She said your table is ready. We headed into the dining room and she said I'm so sorry someone who had just walked took your table. She was horrified when I said can I help with this. She said I can clean another table off. Standing there like what the hell is going the young lady said I'm so sorry. The owner/manager said there is no need to apologize to him. Then we were the last ones to be served while they were putting chairs on the tables.

Ate there last night with friends and family for the 1st time. We had a variety of items from the menu. Everything we ordered was so fresh and delicious. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable about the menu. My only complaint was the portion of slaw was to small for how good it was. Will definitely be back.

The service was great. Food was good. The corn nuggets were great. The fried oysters need improving. Not much actual oyster and they were over fried. Everything else was good. Did not leave hungry. Will return.

Next day update: I feel sick as a dog constantly sneezing. I feel like puking I don't feel good at all it feels like food poisoning that's the only place I eat yesterday.

The food was good. The burger omg it was thick and I wasn't able to finish it I had to take it home. Our son loved the kids meal. He got a grill cheese and chicken tenders. My husband got the steak sandwich his only complaint was they leave a lot of fat on it and it was hard to eat in the sandwish. Also the fries have no salt or seasoning, but that's my only complaint. Other then that it's a good little place. I definitely recommend the loaded tator tots, and if you have a tiny stomach like me definitely get it as your meal, cuz they give a lot and it was good.

We ordered two blackened chicken clubs with a side for each sandwich and they charged us 49.00 we called about it and said that they were sorry and told us to come back and they gave us a 10.00 bill!!! Sooo apparently 2 sandwiches and 2 sides is about 40.00 there thats insane!!
