This was an awesome experience.
We started with the aqua aerobics class which could have been better. The instructor was so busy sharing her details or chatting with the regulars. I was expecting her to be consistent with the exercises. The music tempo and her movements were too fast if you're moving in the buoyancy of water.
The staff was super helpful and quick if misaligned your locker combo.
The upstairs workout area was incredible. An array of machinery for every possible muscle group you want to work.
And lastly, the yoga class with Sarah was just the icing on the cake. Her class had a soothing musical selection and the poses were obtainable. lol. I will visit again. Get your New Year started off right.

people pay absurd money for this membership, and you still have to reserve for pickleball? and even if it is reserved no one is playing on the court causing others to just wait around. you’d think you’re paying to get everything that has to do with working out, but turns out you only pay for half… the people on the front desk didn’t even know what to do, no one is on the courts yet i can’t reserve it… don’t i already pay enough for the membership, why do i have to pay more? the guy on the front desk, nathaniel was being disrespectful even though i was trying to get my point across.

This gym is exactly my style! I finally had the chance to check it out, and I was thoroughly impressed. While it’s pricier than the average gym, the numerous perks and amenities make it well worth the cost. It features a healthy café offering wraps, smoothies, and other protein-packed snacks, along with pickleball courts, basketball courts, saunas, an abundance of weights, high-performance treadmills, and so much more. This place is absolutely worth it!

Im surprised to read all of these 1-star reviews. This has not been my experience for the past 2 years. Super friendly staff, great trainers/instructors, top notch weights & machines, and the gym is always clean & tidy. Yes its expensive but I feel this makes for a better environment.

I am disappointed with the service I received at Lifetime Fitness today. Despite hot weather, the poolside cafe was closed, and the cooler of ice that members and lifeguards used was dumped out. When I inquired, I was told that someone from corporate had an issue with the cups being used, and it was a cost issue. I found this unacceptable, especially since our monthly membership payments should cover such basic amenities. I was given unhelpful suggestions and felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. As a member, I expect better service and hope Lifetime Fitness will reconsider its priorities and ensure that members receive the full experience they pay for, including having ice available by the pool during hot weather.

Their treatment of children is very bad. The employee shouted at my daughter to leave and she will not deal with them in a civilized and respectful manner. The workers there treat them badly and lie and say that there is no one responsible and there are always decisions for some people and some people do not. It is impossible for me to register in this gym again

Always had a great experience at this location, until recently I took my kids to swim and they said they had to get out the pool was closed. There was many other people in the pool. And the sign in front of the pool only stated that “kids under 12 who can’t continuously swim have to be supervised” nothing stated pool was closed. So the young girl comes out and yells across the whole pool since we were all the way at the other end of the pool, instead of walking up and letting us know. So I walked up to her and asked what she said and she said pool is closed. The kids under 12 can’t be in there so I walk back to take my kids out & let them dry and 1 min goes by and she comes up and says kids have to be off the deck in order for them to leave. And I said okay you don’t have to stand here go back over there. This whole interaction was very unprofessional and unnecessary for the money we pay every month.

It’s a shame I have been a member since 2010 today I was threatened by a janitor that works there & his son. This place is the absolute worst lifetime I’ve been to. I don’t feel safe working out at this location anymore. The last janitor stabbed a woman here. This guy Rich seems like they are keeping the “crazy janitor” up to par. I hope he has been revoked as well.
