I went to this facility on an emergency basis.i had two infected teeth.the service from the get go was above standards.The receptionist greeted me kindly and got me started with the paperwork.Luckily for me their nine o'clock canceled and they took me right in.the dental assistant took an xray and they found I had leaky root canals.i was given my options and I opted for extractions.I feel great just 6 hours later and seem to be healing fine.i highly recommend this establishment for any dental needs.I would like to thank this team for their kindness and solution to my pain from hades. THANK YOU ALL

Getting Dental to get an estimate from your insurance is a joke. They need to train people seriously. It should not take over six months for this. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

I have to say hands down, the client services at Lassen Indian Health Center is the best, most sincere, prompt and true professionals I have experienced in such a long time. I am new to the area and have been handled in all areas of medical, dental and behavioral health with kid gloves. All departments have been identical in professionalism and knowledge, helping me navigate changing counties and setting up the necessary appointments in a timely fashion. This includes from the time I step and receive reception to over the phone conversations. Whoever is doing the hiring at the health center, thank you for doing your job of hiring exceptional customer service representatives of Lassen Indian Health Center!

At one time they were good but not anymore they got my daughter's therapy destroyed and the dental is miserable to deal with as soon as we can get out of that system we're out. I can't stand dealing with him there's no therapist there and you reschedule with the dentist and then they violate you for missing an appointment when you didn't you canceled and rescheduled I cannot stand dealing with people like that

I Love This Place! Dr. Garrett is amazing. She actually listens to you and remembers who you are. The Dental office offers compassionate and patient staff. The office staff in all departments are very helpful and understanding. I can't say enough wonderful things about the Pharmacy❤ Fred, Heather and the rest of the staff are so helpful and quick to assist you. I love the fact that my doctors talk directly to an inhouse Pharmacy and my meds are right ready for pick up. I feel it's all on a personal level. It make me feel important and comfortable💯

The pharmacy staff is second to none. Fred is the pharmacist here.. He is very helpful, professional, and can give you knowledgeable, honest feedback concerning the drugs you are being prescribed.

I witnessed a customer that came in while I was there. The drug he was prescribed hadn't come in on their delivery. To assist the customer, Fred suggested a lesser dose to double up on to meet the customer’s need. It was a very thoughtful and helpful solution to meet the need. I have always been impressed with the kind, thoughtful care I receive from the staff and believe you will too.
