Very accusatory. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. They keep people on hold for over an hour. When you can finally get someone over the phone, they accuse you of being a liar and THREATEN to take everything given to you away. Haven’t even received any benefits and they’re acting like we’re some sort of conspiring family.
Do better. Just because you hold some power doesn’t mean you can treat people like trash. I hope these ladies have they day they deserve.

IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD! (SPECIFICALLY A GABBY BUT ALL IN GENERAL)These ladies are so rude , do not pick up the phones , shoo you away and tell you to expect a call , then are rude when you receive a call . I let my worker know I had a new number 2 weeks prior to the end of the month . never recieved any call backs , went in person to update my number they STILL put it into the system incorrectly , went down again to office again got shooed away then when I finally got my call GABBY was rude and legitimately laughing when I asked her to explain in depth exactly what I needed and said it she was already doing me a favor giving me extended days but also giving a hard time . SHAME FOR THE LOCALS

THEY NEVER AND I MEAN NEVVVEEERR ANSWER THE PHONE! BUT YET, IF YOU GO INTO THE OFFICE, THERES A MILLION WORKERS DOING NOTHING....I THOUGHT THE NEW LOCATION WOULD BE BETTER AT ANSWERING BUT ITS NOT. CORPORATE REALLY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS! THIS IS NOT HOW AN OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT BUSINESS SHOULD BE RAN!

One lady talked so low I couldn't hear her. A lot of noise with everyone talking. I would lean closer and she still wouldn't speak loader. She just wasn't very nice. I was turning in my AP and she said stand in line. She was not
helping anyone. She gave me the AP. No one explained what was next until I asked. Anorher lady said no more walk ins. I wish I knew that before driving 40 miles. She said we will mail you the papers. I didn't know what that meant. There was a signthat said tell us how we are doing. Fill out a card. There were no cards. They should reason these people to be nicer and more informative. I came to this one because it had 5 stars. How is that possible?
