I went in for a sizing and suit selection. Alfredo was absolutely amazing! The attention to detail, the recommendations, and the welcoming vibe was amazing. The showroom has a wide variety of fabrics and colors. A lot of thought went into the options you have for customization. As a woman who wears suits for business, this place was very welcoming and it gave the personal touch that I appreciate in customer service. 10/10 highly recommend. Plus the price is affordable if not almost a steal for how reasonable it is and the quality you will get. I'm looking forward to getting my suit in 3-4 weeks

Had a great experience here. Walked in looking for suit ideas and Usmaan welcomed me and answered any questions I had. I ended up buying a suit when I had no intentions to. Usmaan was just very nice and helped me create my perfect suit.

Avoid this location at all costs. Went in for my wedding tux and after they took measurements and I explained what alterations I wanted I returned when they notified me the tailoring was done. First, they gave me someone else’s tux, and finally went and got mine after I tried it on and realized it was definitely not mine. The alterations were so far off that I requested the correct alterations as it was unwearable, they retook my measurements. They finished the alterations after a couple weeks, returned and it was still so large in places and short in others but they kept saying they only include one alteration appointment. I accepted the tux as there was nothing else to do at that point since I had already paid for it. I’ve had to now take it to a tailor in Manhattan and they’ve had to deconstruct the entire tux to get it to the correct size. There was no apology at this location, the in house tailor kept telling me it was fine and that they made the correct alterations regardless of what I said. So after two alteration appointments and now spending an additional $500 to get it tailored to my measurements by a competent tailor, it looks the way it was supposed to when I went into this store. I will tell every single person I meet, including everyone at my wedding to steer clear of both this location and Indochino as a brand. All the negative reviews online for this brand are 100% accurate, you will not be the exception, they will screw up your order and refuse to fix it.

Just got fitted by Alfredo and it was marvelous! I’m oddly shaped and don’t really wear suits, and he made what is usually an ordeal into a lovely experience. He was so kind and knowledgeable, I definitely felt like I was in good hands, and that imma be looking absolutely fly at this fancy wedding!

Honestly I was pretty stressed out about this whole process because I’m pretty clueless. But Alfredo took amazing care of me. Pain free to the point that I even had a little fun. Can’t wait to receive the final product and highly anticipate getting a second suit.
