The caseworkers are too young and inexperienced, and have no willingness to change or genuinely care about human lives. They care about their own selfish interests and vanity. In my opinion their lackadaisical attitude towards foster parenting and the welfare of children is detrimental to the environment.

The deception, lies, disrespect, negligence and disregard that come from the caseworkers AND Supervisors of this agency is baffling. You get kids in care. IMMEDIATELY request a new agency. This one is full of deceitful liars. They're not there to help. Only lie, hinder the process and keep your children in custody as long as possible!

*Warning: Untrustworthy and Damaging Experience*
I strongly advise against trusting anyone at Hoyleton Youth and Family. They repeatedly lied, to not only Us but foster parents, and other family members.They manipulated facts, and prioritized own agenda over the best interest of the children and helping our family.
They even fabricated information and withheld crucial details, causing
destruction to our family dynamics.
Their actions were contradictory to their mission of supporting families. Communication was also severely lacking, with weeks and even months ignored messages and unreturned calls. This group has got to be the most unethical, corrupted entity in Illinois. They pride themselves more on adopting out children and gaining favors than promoting reunification or mending bridges!
Please be cautious and protect your family if you’re forced to deal with this group. callous disregard for any rules and procedures. Rude,accusatory and honestly mean. Traumatized kidnap perpetrator actions.
NOTE I am not just a parent/guardian that is dissatisfied with events and trying to get revenge or such. I have factual evidence. Conduct of caseworkers and supervisors. The lack of empathy and compassion. And complete disregard for FAMILY.

Dealing with this group is the Worst experience I've ever had! They don't care about you or your kids. Good luck getting a hold of anyone.. apparently they can switch caseworker with out telling you then ghost you for months! I was granted over nights two months ago and yet to get over nights. Just cause I'm a male they could careless!

As a child I experienced a lot of trauma but my caseworker that was from here I don't know if she still works there but I want to personally say that Ralpha Perkins was awesome she is a great worker
