Last month, we received incredible in-home care from HopeWest Grand Junction. I am so grateful for their nurse Liliana who went out of her way to make sure that my cousin's final preferences were met. She was incredibly patient, caring and understanding. He was non-verbal following a surgery and has always been reluctant to receive medical care. Liliana was able to communicate with him and quickly establish trust. I live out of state and was not able to be on-site. Liliana and Caitlin were great with their communications and status updates for me. They were kind and understanding and helped me through some hard decisions. I highly recommend their services and will be eternally grateful for the wonderful care they provided.

I want to thank all the staff for caring for our mother for the past 2 days! They were all amazing.. my mother would've appreciated it so much.. they took great care of her and am very thankful for a place like this for anyone's loved one's to go to very kind..

I know that when we're dealing with hospice, it is very hard for everyone involved. When my mother had the need for their services, these people were awesome. From the very moment they stepped into our lives, they were a blessing in a special way. Even to this day, they will continue and call us, making sure we are okay. If you have the need for their services, I guarantee you, you can trust them to do what they say they will do. And they are most kind and respectful towards you and your loved one. There are not enough Stars to rate the work that these people are doing. My heart wishes them the best.

When my husband was placed in HopeWest I was uneasy and emotional about him being there. After our first few minutes I knew it was the best place we could be. I have never felt so much care and respect from an institution. But it was not just the place but the people there were beyond caring. The caring was not just for the patient but tor the whole family. For me to be able to stay with my husband until he took his last breath was what he and I needed, they even encourage me to stay and I was thankful for that.

This Hospice is beautifully decorated the open floors is nice. The workers here are awesome and very caring. The palliative/ hospice care a tremendous relief.

Hope west was there to help my Dad as he was declining after a serious time in the hospital. I can not say enough about how great they were with their care and support of Dad and myself!! They were amazing! Thank you for all of your support every step of the way through my Dads passing.

Wonderful staff ! Very caring . My only wish is that they didn't use Mountain Aire Medical supply for their equipment. Had a family member pass away and Mountain Aire did the equipment delivery and picked it up less than 24 hours later and found out they billed Hospice for an entire month of use NOT OK!!!! they need to be audited by Hospice and the State of Colorado cause there are so many needy people and this company is ripping off the most vulnerable families ( or Hospice)in their most desperate time of need. Also the equipment was dirty with human waste on the mattress when it was delivered!!!
